Very nice serviceman, responded same day and repaired next day because having to obtain part which wasn't available on a Sunday.

Very knowledgeable. Able to answer our questions as to why this happened. Did a through job at replacing the parts. Made sure the item was working like it should before he left. This is the second time I have used them and will use them again.

took almost a week...when bryan finished he left and I noticed that I had material hanging out of where the gasket had been placed. I called him and he said it was just cosmetic, then he said "take a screwdriver and shove it back in" then "It won't harm your clothes..(again with it's just cosmetic to have this material all the way around the opening of my front loader dryer.) I called the office, and he came back, cut it to fit (May God be kind and it's now okay) and insisted it was "just cosmetic" I told him that a man in one of the rich district houses would not pay full price and then be told to "shove something" or just don't worry about it and not pitch a hissy to have been told that. I reminded him that if I had done it (I insisted HE do it) I would have voided my warranty...something that the supervisor confirmed when I called the office. NOT a happy camper over here. Some service huh? especially after being told by him that they do cost more, but are the best...really?....

Bryan Sr was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Work was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable fee. I will call A-1 again for any appliance repair needs. Paul Copsey

They came within hours of contact on a Sunday and fixed the problem. They told us how to avoid similar problems in the future.

Couldn?t come together on a time to do the project so I just did it myself. He arrived the initial evening and ordered a part for the stove. After that I couldn?t get ahold of him to put it on after two missed appointments due to other jobs in different areas. Seems qualified enough, but is tough to pin down on times.

Time will tell, but good repairmen.They use Blue Book for repair cost. flat rate.

Response to my request for service was very quick.

Unfortunately, my dishwasher broke down on Thanksgiving. So the next day Friday. A1 had his repair man come out close to $500 as of Dec 2 my dishwasher and refrigerator which he charged me 179 to clean. Coils all still don’t work and have not been able to fix it. I called to see the status did not get a call back from the repairman. Still waiting two parties had to wash dishes by hand. Really sad because I have been really sick. Hopefully, they will refund some money

Hats off to the technician that came to our home Nov. 16th! He was professional and diagnosed the situation promptly and repaired the burner. He even gave us the name of a parts store that has great prices for replacement parts.

They were very knowledgeable and able to communicate what was needed and when. Very professional and thorough.

Anthony was very professional, the work was completed in a short period of time, he was also a friendly technician and explained everything. I also have a family member who performs this work, just could not come here and do this for me, so having that knowledge, the price was higher than I would have expected. That is my only concern.
