The response time for my request for service was less than one hour. The Service tech was thorough in diagnosing the problem and the repair work was discussed prior to proceeding with any work. I am !00% pleased with the work performed and the highly professional service provided by A-1 Professional Appliance. I would recommend them for any appliance repair work needed.

I was amazed that I was able to get a next day appt after dealing with another repair company for 2 weeks and getting the runaround. Bryan called me first thing in the morning to let me know he had a few calls to make from the shop before heading my way and then he text me when he was on his way. He arrived during my scheduled appt time, asked me what the problem was gave me a quote (very reasonable) and went to work repairing my washer. He was very professional, courteous and explained what he was doing. I now have a working washer after 3 weeks. I will definitely used Bryan and A-1 Professional appliance for any future repair I may have. Fantastic job!

They were timely, clean and respectful of my home and even my annoying dog. They explained what the problem was and located a part immediately then needed to order another part. The part was not expected for 2 weeks but came in early and they made arrangements to complete the repair. Highly recommend Anthony B.

Gary is really, sincerely concerned that he gives the best service & repair. He does GREAT work. He is personable and tells you what he is doing and why, while he is working. When he was done the Samsung refrigerator worked better than when we first got it! He also called back to make sure the refrigerator was working well.

Called quick service next day. Polite and courteous fixed the problem quickly and very clean. Made sure I understood what he was doing. Great value would use again!

I did not go through with the repairs. It would be just to expensive!

They came out and misdiagnosed my problem the first time and I was told to wait 24 hours. The problem was a compressor with my LG refrigerator. I had a second person come out from A1 that told me he was LG trained. Unfortunately he misled me and tried to charge me $1700 to fix my refrigerator -$300 for the cost of the repair. The technician rightly said that my refrigerator is notorious for faulty compressors. What he didnt say was that LG will fix it FREE of charge, parts and labor.! Had I not done my research after he left, I would much poorer today. I called and spoke the owner and he flippantly said, ?He helped you, didnt he?? I crosschecked with other appliance repair on home advisor and they were half the labor cost of this company. Lesson, do your homework Before you give someone your trust. I'll know better next time. I now have a happily running refrigerator with no out-of-pocket money.

Called at 6 PM for a dryer that was no longer working they came at 9 PM and fixed it. Canâ t ask for better than that.
