Kameron contacted me immediately. Bryan arrived on time and was very professional and kind. He explained exactly what needed to be repaired and replaced. I would use this company again and would request Bryan.

Whirlpool Duet clothes dryer needed repair. The repair was very expensive, as Brian needed to change a board that had basically fried itself. Brian was very polite and professional and easy to talk with. He kept me informed of what was going on and estimated time frames. I was very happy with everything but the cost.

The technician, Brian, showed up exactly on time, was very professional, friendly and polite. He fixed my refrigerator quickly and even cleaned up the mess from some melted food in the freezer. I will definitely call A-1Professional Appliance for my repair needs.

Contractor was knowledgeable &personable

An inexperienced tech came out to repair my ice maker and broke the refrigerant. The refrigerator no longer was working. I was told they would replace my fridge so I bought a new one that was not as nice as the one they broke and I'm still waiting for the check that was promised for a week ago. I still hope they will fulfill their agreement.

I had a fridge that wasn't circulating the cold air properly. The repair guy changed my defrost heater and thermostat and charged me $300.00 for the parts and labor. The fridge still did not cool properly. It turned out the true culprit was the Evaporator motor was bad. I had to tell the repair guy this so he changed the motor and I was only charged the part. A couple days later, the Evaporator motor started making this loud whirring noise. I called the repair guy and left multiple voicemail messages but no reply. Finally, I had to call his boss. Another technician was dispatched 1 month later and wanted to charge me an additional $150.00 for labor to replace the evaporator motor they had originally installed, even though on the original invoice it stated "1 year warranty for all parts installed." They said the "new" warranty with the new technician only covered the parts and not the labor.

Contractor was able to diagnose and raid all in one day.

I had a stackable washer and dryer installed.Could not find anyone to install.A-1 professional called and said they could do it that evening.They came out and had it installed 45 minutes.Great job and price.
