Our technician, Brian snr. , was very good. He diagnosed what was wrong, gave estimate of cost of repairs , obtained the parts and fitted them in a timely manner.

The technician was prompt, courteous and arrived with all of the parts needed for the fridge/freezer. He explained everything about the repair and the work performed was excellent. He should be promoted!

The service was beyond great, courteous and polite was the tech. I will use them again when I need this kind of repair done.

Initially I was very happy with the work being done. I felt the technician was doing his very best. However, having not had a working washer or dryer for over 5 months and each time I call, being told "Ma'am, the part's on order, I'll call you" Despite being told the repairs will be free when they finally happen, I'm a little beyond frustrated. I'm the one expected to be patient. The technician broke the part he had to order. I have to make the follow up phone calls. The technician has NEVER contacted me with an update. The Holiday's are coming and so is my family. I would appreciate a working laundry. I've tried leaving messages as of late, but the voice mailbox is always "FULL" UPDATE 10/15/16: A technician came out today to "try to resolve the broken washer repairs abandoned by the original technician" who by the way, was FIRED for "lack of experience" Basically I was told "sorry, we can only offer you a free install of a new machine" "your Mach in not fixable and that's the best we will offer" REALLY?!! Your technician broke my machine! Accidental or not, my machine only needed a simple repair. It was broken being put back together by an inexperienced technician. Well, that's what small claims is for.

Great experience.

We had a problem with a gas stove burner that would not light. The technician installed a new part, then adjusted it so that the burner would ignite reliably every time it was turned on. Good attention to detail.

The service is good but the price does not justify it. Evaporator fan motor replacement should not cost more than $150 including parts ($50) and labor ($100 =, barely 1/2 hour job). I was charged $295.
