The hot surface igniter for our stove wasn't working. The service technician from A1 Professional Appliance (Kelles P.) arrived on time and installed a new igniter. Following that he inspected the stove and made several minor adjustments to improve its performance. Now its working better than ever. Kelles is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions about the stove and other kitchen appliances. I felt an immediate level of trust and integrity with Kelles. Very confrontational, argumentative, disrespectful. Do no call for any service if you don't have to, they charge $70 for 70 seconds, uncalled for.

Got our built-in refrigerator coils cleaned. It was a bigger job (therefore, cost) than we expected, but we don’t have to clean it as much as the usual fridges so it works out about the same. Our guy was thorough, told us what to expect, cleaned up after everything was completeand got the job done in a very timely manner. Would recommend!

I contacted them on Monday evening and they showed up on my door on Tuesday morning. Brian and Max installed the range hood and were out the door within 1 hour. They were proficient and a joy to work with.

A-1 called me almost as soon as the invite went out and a tech professional was at my home the same day, within the time requested. He rapidly diagnosed the problem--ice maker kaput! He returned within 24 hours with a new unit and we have got ice. I highly recommend A-1 Professional Appliance and would contact them again.
