Bryan Sr. was terrific. He advised us it would be $500. Dollars to repair our washing machine. Since our machine was already 6 years old we purchased a new one. I would definitely use their service again.

A bit pricey but the man handled the extra problem with no problem. Nice person to do the work. Job well done.

Pricey. On the initial appointment, the repairman was late. He did call after an hr. to explain the technician assigned to my appointment had car trouble and was stuck in route some where. When he finally showed up, he was very nice and professional. He found the problem on my refrigerator right away, and would have to order a part which would take a week. However, I have never had to pay in advance. A week later I had heard nothing. I called them and was told the part had not arrived, so we rescheduled for the following Thursday at 1300. Again nothing happened. I called again. He finally showed up late again. He was very nice and professional, he repaired the refrigerator in about 20 minutes, and left. The refrigerator works great, but this company either over books or is a one man operation. They are going to have to improve their practices in communication and their bookings.
