Anthony was also my technician. He was very professional and knowledgable. He had the part needed to replace a worn out one on my 14 year old stove. The only reason I did not rate 5 on value was because I could have paid about $75 more and gotten a whole new stove but I didn't know that until the work was done. Parts for old appliances are expensive, I guess. By the way, he is also a very proud papa and has the cutest little girl!

I highly recommend this company. The technicians name was Anthony and he was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and provided over the top customer service. Although I ended up not having the repair done because I opted to buy a new one, I wanted to share that Anthony noticed my vent to my dryer was not connected properly. I had lent everywhere and not only did he connect it, he offered to clean up the mess behind the dryer. I had the company come out for my wash machine so I was so impressed that he even took the time to address my dryer issue and not charge me to fix the issue. Also their diagnostic fee was the cheapest of all company’s that I called. I felt they were very trustworthy and I will definitely use their services in the future!

There was a prompt response to the Home Advisor request. An explanation of the issue was requested along with the appliance model number. A same-day appointment was scheduled. The technician was professional, and called ahead providing an estimated time of arrival during the pre-determined window. The necessary replacement part was brought to the appointment. After putting the appliance through a system’s check, the malfunction was fixed in a timely manner. The referral has been added as a “Favorite.”
