Technician was very friendly and knowledgable. I had to reschedule my appointment and they were very flexible which was nice. They explained everything in detail and even left me with the old parts so that I could see exactly what was replaced. I will call them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

The price was a little high, and the technician had to come back the next day (he was late both days). In fairness, the problem was larger than expected, and it took longer than it should have due to the installation, but it was done professionally and correctly.
