It was a terrible experience. First of all, he would not let me choose the color I wanted. He only showed me tan and beige colors. When I told him I wanted blue, he said "No, that would not look good." When I offered to buy the paint my self, he still refused to use that color. He did not scrape or sand the old layer of paint off the house. He just started spray painting my home, after taping off a couple of spots. He did not put down a primer layer, and he only painted one coat. It looked terrible, and he refused to re-do it, or fix any trouble spots. The local news ended up airing a news story about the entire incident. After contacting his Bonding insurance, I was ultimately refunded.

They did very well overall. They solicited us while painting a neighbors home, and we were already interested in getting the house painted this year. We chatted with a painter at 6pm, and the owner called us by 9pm to setup a visit the next day. He provided the quote at the end of the visit. The quote was reasonable for the size of our home. They provided 4 references in our neighborhood we could walk to and see. We checked out all 4, and chatted with the owners and they had positive things to say. One had an issue with some paint that peeled in an area, and they said they came back and refinished the area without a problem. The scheduled our work for the following week. A few days before the painting work they came and pressure washed the exterior. On painting day they showed up promptly on time with a large crew (6 painters!). We had selected 3 colors (main, accent and trim), and were able to wait on the final color decisions until the morning of the work (maximum time to be indecisive :>) We finalized what trim/accents would be painted with them that morning. When I returned from work 8 hours later the house was 95% complete. I was able to walk around the house with the head painter and 'nit pick' to my hearts content. I am type A anal retentive detail guy. The good news was there was almost nothing to complain about. A few touch ups and cut lines I asked to be sharper, that's about it. They immediately addressed those issues without complaint. All in they painted our entire 2600 square foot single story home in about 12 hours. There was worry about rain the next day, so they stayed late to make sure it was complete in one day. As they packed up we got one more walk through with the owner to make sure we were happy. He explained they would be happy to come back if we notice anything that needed more attention. They left us all the leftover paint to keep for future touchups. It hass been a month now, and we are pretty happy with the results. No job is 100% perfect, and one thing that could have been a little better is paint drips on our patio. We have found more small drips/splatters than I would have liked and are cleaning these off. The stucco patches we needed were minor, but on one larger one (golf ball size) I think they just used caulk rather that a textured patch and it shows with the fresh paint since its smooth and the stucco is textured. Minor nits, but some room to improve. I suppose I could call and ask them back to address, just haven't yet. I would recommend them to anyone - good value for your money.

Excellent. Honestly I wasn't sure at first because there was no official paper work for the estimate. I had to ask them to drop it by late. It was very casual but I checked out the contractor license they had and all was valid and in good standing. The owner was very nice and was able to give us an estimate on the spot. He came out twice on Saturdays to talk with us so we felt good about it. The 2 main painters were hard working, professional and friendly. We wanted to replace porch and garage door exterior lights and when I asked one painter if he could that, he said no problem and they did it wonderfully even though that was not part of our initial estimate. I ended up paying them extra and would definitely hire them again.

They did an excellent job price and job wise.
