Description of Work: Cleaned the chimney and wood stove. Checked everything to make sure it is safe and in working order. Everything was great! I'm planning to use A1 again next year when it's time for the annual cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Nothing. Initially scheduled an appointment Then called to reschedule. Did not show up for rescheduled appointment and did not call. When I contacted them they couldn't explain why failed to keep the appointment. Very unprofessional company. Hope I can get my money back.

Description of Work: Examined interior and exterior of fireplace chimney of a rental property and explained two items that needed attention. There was NO pressure to have them do the work. I told them I thought my contractor could take care of the items and they offered that the products needed could be purchased at Home Depot. They were very courteous and professional, I will use their service again and recommend it to others.

Jeremey was punctual, professional and was in and out within 45 minutes, which includes the time he took explaining his inspection findings. When he was finished with the job, there was no trace that he was ever there. He left it that clean. I would recommend A-1 Chimney to anyone needings this type of service.
