They are very clean in their work and they never leave any mess for me to clean up behind them. They are detailed and thorough with the work. All of the workers I have dealt with have been all very nice.

The work was good, and I haven't had any problems though it has not rained a lot, so it is a little difficult to tell for sure. They came on time and were pleasant.

Very good experience. A1 replaced one panel and fixed the other. The technician was very professional, timely, and consultative in the best, cost efficient remedy for fixing the fire place. Very good service. Highly recommended!

They did a great job, very clean and polite and thorough. My only complaint is I thought the price may have been a little high.

He arrived at 7 am and was done in a half hour.

I was not given an exact price just an estimate on the liner, and a price on the damper and the cap. I am still looking for prices on the liner so I have had some lower and some higher.

I would definitely recommend this company. Yes they are expensive, but they are reputable, insured, and bonded. I will use them again for sure.

I called at 8 am on a Monday morning, they had a cancellation and Allan was at my house by 9:30. He cleaned out the chimney, inspected it, and had handouts on inserts that I asked him about.

The company called me right away. They were on time, friendly, and a good price.

They were very clean, thorough, and noticed a small crack in the back wall of the chimney. He stated it needed to be repaired, but did not try to get me to do it that day, as it was not an emergency. All other companies said my roof pitch was too steep and declined cleaning my chimney. However, Davis said that prefabricated chimneys like mine, could be cleaned from below, and didn't even need to go on the roof. A really nice guy.

Davis arrived on time and cleaned out the gutters and cleaned up the area. I was very satisfied.

Richard responded first thing the next morning to my on line request to make an appointment! Started off great! I got an appointment for the following morning between 7am and 9am. They showed up at 7:15 am, brought a large tarp and shopvac and immediately began cleaning the fireplace insert and chimney. They finished that in 15 minutes. Then inspected the exterior of the chimney, came in explained what they did, indicated there were no issues requiring repair and presented a bill for exactly what I expected. It was a fabulous experience!!!! A1 indeed!

Two guys came on time, and were able to complete all the work within one hour. They were professional and efficient. The area around the fireplace was completely clean when finished.

They arrived on time and began working immediately. They covered the area around the fireplace and swept out all of the debris from inside the chimney. They worked quickly and were done in less than a half hour. Overall, we were impressed with the work but were a little disappointed to find that there was a thin layer of ash deposited on most of our furniture.

The chimney was cleaned quickly without a mess, big plus for my asthmatic cat. All of the repairs suggested were in line with the house inspector's findings dated March "06. My neighbor had already told me of one incident where the cap had come off during a windy storm! Shaun explained that cracks in the chimney could fill with soot/creosote and ignite causing a chimney fire. Shaun worked quickly, but was attentive to my questions/concerns. He likes what he's doing and it shows.

I had a very good experience with this company. I changed my appointment at the last minute and they were able to accommodate that. I liked this company and picked it mainly because they had a great website where I could schedule the appointment online and they provided a lot of information on what they do. The man who came was on time, polite, clean, and seemed knowledgeable. He didn't push any additional services on me but provided some good information. I had a coupon and the price was right!

The representative showed up at the time he'd scheduled. The work was done timely, and well. The one negative was regarding the debris from the gutters. From one of Angie's List reports, we expected the company to remove it from the property themselves. Instead it was deposited in our green-waste can, without consulting us, and even though the lid of this container was clearly marked "Green Waste Only"! When we contacted the company to complain about this, they essentially turned away the complaint saying that was what they usually do. We'd use them again, but will know to be very clear about where the debris goes.

Our service person, Patrick, was punctual and efficient. He put down a large tarp to ensure the work area is clean and cleaned up after himself. He gave me advise on our fire box/BBQ pit.

As stated, I was very pleased with the service received and with the fact that my dryer is now running more efficiently.

They were able to make a same day appointment and the technician was on time. He inspected our fireplace before cleaning. The process was professional and he cleaned up afterwards. He provided good advise on using the fireplace. He also found a crack and left an estimate for repair. We were very satisfied with the work.

Shawn was punctual and and cleaning left no soot residue although I noticed a slight odor. He inspected the chimney outside and found dry rot and recommended repair. There was a slight crack in the firebox and he gave me a time frame and an estimate for repair. He suggested using oak for firewood and not to use imitation fire logs as they contribute to buildup of creosote. I also purchased a fire grate ($109) to prevent hot coals from falling to the bottom of the firebox. I thought this would be an excellent investment. I appreciated his professional & expert advice and I will use this service again.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FAST. THE PRICES WERE FAIR AND THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
