I was very satisfied with everything. The employee was on time. He explained clearly what he would be doing. He finished in a timely manner. He did an inspection and then pointed out some possible future repairs to think about doing (fix flashing around roof line and fix cracks inside fireplace) but did not try to hard pressure me into using them to do the work. Overall very good job!

I just found them on Angie's List. I looked them up when I was out of town. They were very competent and very good. I didn't call other companies to compare prices. There were two guys here working for two hours.

They did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

It went pretty well. The one problem was that they unwound my hose to use water to clean the gutters and never wound it back up. After I called them about it, they did come back out to wind it up for me.

Fast appointment time, kept everything clean, provided and complete repair quote and was very professional.

They cleaned out my chimney and then when they were here I asked them to look at the dryer vent. They cleaned out the dryer vent for just a small extra fee. I was very pleased. They did a great job.

Showed up promptly as scheduled. He carefully laid out drop cloths around the wood stove to catch any fallout. He removed, inspected and cleaned the flue.

I asked them to clean up the chimney for the duplex. They gave me a discount as the 2 fireplaces are in the same building. As I am out of town, the service was postponed several times, many times I just informed them in the morning. They never complained. They came and service the fireplaces and chimneys. Their report is simple and realistic. One of the chimney is in perfect condition, and no need to follow up. The other chimney has cracks and recommended that it should be fixed before using. As the tenants are not going use the chimney, so repair is not requested.

We initially called because we just moved into our new home and need our two fireplaces inspected and possibly cleaned. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and flexible with scheduling. When the technician, Leon, arrived he was professional and used protective booties and dropclothes to protect the carpet. He worked in a methodical manner and answered all of our questions. He made suggestions, didn't try to clean the fireplace that didn't need it and did a great job. Before he was finished he mentioned that we needed caps on our chimney and provided a reasonable quote for that as well as gutter cleaning. We agreed to have them do the work and once again, when he returned he was punctual and did a good job. We will use them again.

Very good -- we were to expect a servicer between 8 and 11; he showed up at 9, finished by 10:45, gave us recommendations for further work (getting stopgap services now) and left the place spotless.

A lot of interaction was between them and my wife, but she had nothing negative to report.

The free-standing stove required two men and a 40 ft. ladder to clean it from the top which was unexpected. So they sent a second man out within an hour so that the chimney could still be cleaned on the morning scheduled. They also discovered a leak around the top of the free-standing stove chimney and sealed it. They spread a tarp and were careful not to make a mess. They also cleaned the pellet stove well, including removing a dead bird.

The repairman arrived a bit early, diagnosed the severity of the problem, and set to work to clear it. He was cheerful, polite, and focused on clearing the vent as expeditiously, with as little mess, as possible. (Neighbors seeing the truck inquired about the quality of the work, and subsequently requested estimates for work they needed done.) One comment: the trucks should be equipped with standard replacement parts -- we had to make a run to the hardware store for a replacement duct connection from the dryer to the wall vent.

Great company. I called Monday afternoon and scheduled appointment. Tech called to confirm arrival time - arrived as scheduled. Got line clear and dryer working quickly. Pleasant, professional.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The technician spent a great deal of time and meticulously cleaned the entire heating, ventilation and air conditioning system of my house. He even took the time to repair the electrical wires in my thermostat, changed the battery, and reinstalled the loosened screws in the wall (which there was no charge for this additional work!) He explained my whole system to me in detail and made recommendations that will need repair in the future. He provided a permanent filter ($120) that is endorsed by the National Air Filtration Association. No more buying air filters! All I do is clean it with a hose and I really like it because it is metal housing.

After calling to make sure it was okay with me, Allan arrived nearly an hour prior to our appointment time. He confirmed with me the services I ordered, then set right to work. He was very clean and quick, but thorough, in cleaning the fireplace. Then he went on the roof to clean and inspect the chimney. When he was finished with that, he cleaned the dryer vent. Even though I had already received $10 off for being an Angie's List customer, Allan took another $20 off because the dryer vent cleaning was easier than he'd expected. I had already written a check for the original total, so I was impressed that he was willing to offer me the additional discount and wait while I wrote a new check. During my initial call with this company, the gentleman who answered the phone (Steve) said he didn't even know how they'd gotten listed on Angie's List. I told him they must have been suggested by a happy customer. I chose this company because of the overwhelming number of satisfied customers that had posted reviews. Now I can see why.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician who came out to do the cleaning and to give me an estimate on the guttter guards. The guards they use are not screens or solid plates but like a very open fibrous sponge, which allows water in while blocking out leaves. While the technician was there I signed up and paid for for having the guards installed, which he was able to do just two days later without me being present, which saved me having to take more time off work. The guards have worked very well so far.

They responded very quickly to my call--within a day. They were not able to complete the job immediately because they needed parts to repair a stove pipe. There was some delay in getting back to the job. That did not bother me because I was not living in the house.

They came on time and did the job presumably. I have not had a chance to use the fireplace yet. There have been no significant rains so, I have not had the chance to see how the gutters drain. They were clean and did not dirty anything up.

Just fine all the way through. They also recognized a problem with the flue. I had them come back out and do the repair which cost $139.00.

Very straight forward. No frills, came in cleaned the chimney and dryer vent and left. Very quick about a half hour. It is a dirty business and they did it very clean.

I made an appointment with about three business days lead time. The technician arrived on time and set up. He checked to make sure the insert was lined and then cleaned it. He used a tarp to protect the surrounding area and then cleaned up very well afterward. He then moved the dryer to clean the dryer vent. He had a little trouble accessing the outside vent, because he looked for it on the roof. After I pointed out that it was on the side of the house on the ground level, he finished the job. The technician was friendly and completed the work in about 50 minutes.

They were on time and did the job. It was convenient that they caught the repairs that were needed so there was no need for a return trip. They did not notice the frame had unattached and I didn't know how to fix it. They came back out and apologized and showed me how to do it in the future.

Good. Polite, professional, on time. Didn't bring a long enough ladder though so had to come back. But were again polite, professional and on time. Cleaned the chimney without messing anything up.

Two gentlemen came. One did the inside work, the other climbed the ladder. No mess at all. Very efficient. Arrived and finished within the 9:00 am to 12:00pm time window. I might shop around more next time. Although they were good, they seemed expensive to me.
