Excellent job

Communication was a bit difficult due to broken English by the scheduler. The lady, Marivel, who cleaned was efficient, thorough and did an excellent job. She did speak broken English, but we were able to communicate well.

It was a very painless process. They were on time and did a very thorough cleaning. I will recommend them to anyone.

They are excellent. They always text me a night before to remind me our schedule. They are very flexible. They do really good job. They show up on time. They clean the house very thoroughly. They are friendly and personable. I really join working with them.

A second trip was required since the cleaning did not meet client’s expectations. No written quote was given to client thus there was a discrepancy for cost of project. Client paid the average cost for window cleaning.

Ana who is the owner came out prior to do a walk through and find out all of my needs and special concerns so that they could custom tailor their service to my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Once we determined a plan and a schedule we set up a cleaning date and at my request 2 weeks later we had our first cleaning appt. My cleaning Rep was Mara, who was very nice and I walked her through the house and reviewed things with her and then agreed she would do my office first while I waited in the den and then I and the dogs spent the rest of the cleaning appt in my office and this worked out very well for all of us. iWhat I like about A+ is they charge a flat rate and not by the hour so the Rep can concentrate on cleaning and not watch the clock. I realize they have other customers but I received the best cleaning ever from this company in less time then the previous 2 companies I had who charged by the hour !!! Anyway I get monthly service for $100 and that is for a 1200 sq ft home and I am thrilled with them, she even scrubbed on top of the picture frames and the top of the fridge. I highly recommend this small company with big time service........

I got the 4-hr cleaning special from craigslist for them to deep-clean my apartment before turning keys back to landlord. They were easy to schedule and had the date i wanted available. The woman doing the cleaning showed up a few minutes early and started right away unloading her cleaning supplies. i had done some initial cleaning in the apartment, but she did an AMAZING job on all the nitty-gritty stuff i didn't have time to do. she was able to remove cooked-on stains on my cooktop that i could never have removed. everything was spotless, my landlord was impressed, and i got my full deposit back. well worth my money.

I found them at the Sac home show and they had a new customer special for 4 hours of service for $99. At that price I figured they were definitely worth trying... When I called them, the lady I talked to was very nice and helpful and I explained to her that I might have company coming that weekend and was looking for someone to come out on my day off, 2 days later. I told her I knew it was short notice and that I understood that it might not be possible... She said she would see what she could do and that the office manager would get back to me. A man called me back a few hours later and told me they could have 2 people come to 2 hours that day and we confirmed the time and details of the house. I wanted 2 people for 2 hours so I wouldn't have to wait around the house for 4 hours.(i preferred to be there with them since it was the first time they were in my house and i couldn't find many reviews on them)He said I would get a confirmation call the next day, but I never did. So I called the morning of the day they were supposed to be coming out to make sure that there were still 2 people coming at the scheduled time (1pm I think it was). He said he was on the other line and he would call me right back to confirm. He called about 45 min later and said we were still on for 2 people for 2 hours at the planned time. 1 person arrived about ten min earlier than schedule and I thought we were off to a good start. There was a communication barrier, but I showed her around the house and assumed that someone else was on their way. About 15 min after the scheduled time, I asked the lady if there was anyone else coming and she said no, only her. I called the office to confirm this because this was not what they had told me only that morning, and was told again that I would receive a return call shortly. When he called back around 15 min later, he said there had been a number of call outs and that they didn't have anyone else they could send. I understand that these things happen, but I explained to him that, had they warned me of this I would have just rescheduled as I had plans to leave the house about 15 min after they were supposed to be leaving. He asked if I could just be back before she was done cleaning or arrange a way for her to lock up when she left. I was not comfortable with that, and didn't want to punish the cleaning lady by having her leave early since it wasn't her fault, so I cancelled my plans. She did do a pretty good job cleaning the house. Everything was well cleaned and dusted and the one thing I wasn't satisfied with was the shower in the master bathroom, but since she did that first, I saw it early and asked her to remove the rest of the dirt on the ground and she did so gladly. Overall, they did a pretty good job cleaning, but the reason I hired someone to clean was to save me time, not be stuck in my house 2 hours longer than I planned to be. I am going to try to find another service to do my regular cleaning, but maybe in time I will give these guys another chance, as they advertise that they do things many other services won't, like laundry and dishes...
