We just bought a house. Had keys for 3 days. Went out and saw a small leak in a water pipe in the front yard. Who to call on a Saturday morning at 9:00 not knowing anyone in the area? We got on Home Advisor and punched in our needs/info. Up popped 916 Irrigation. Raul answered and was out in under 40 minutes. Gave us a quote, got parts, finished his other job and then came back and fixed it for us later that day. What a relief! Would highly recommend Raul and 916 Irrigation again in a heartbeat. Raul was on time, always called me back, and did exactly what I needed. When he was 10 minutes late, he called me. THIS is the service that we need and want in the foothills!!

HE Had the parts available.He did the job fast and effecintley. i thought it was alittle expensive copared to other quotes that i had received but he was there and ready to do the job.I asked for an invoice and was told that he would email it to me. I am still waiting.

REVIEW UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! He ended up completely cutting off the water to my backyard and blamed me saying I should have told him thats where the pipe went (I didnt know and never acted like I was knowledgeable on the underground workings at my house). I even asked him before he did the work if he would fix it if something was wrong. Well then when something did go wrong he refused to fix it unless he could charge full price. Total waste of money and Im worse off than before! Previous review (before i knew): This was an easy fix for an experience irrigation pro- just a quick cap off of my unused sprinkler valves. He was nice, professional, fast and the job is done! I wanted it done right then and he did it as soon as he gave me the quote.

The only reason Raoul did not get a 5: the sprinkler system was set for every day and set to run during the day. However I was still in the hospital at the time the work was done. Had I been home, the watering time could have been set to my specifications.

I was called within minutes of submitting for a referral. We agreed to an appointment the same day, which was great. He was late, but since it was the same day I didnt mind. He charged a very reasonable price and didnt try to upsell me at all. He literally only touched the things that I pointed out, so I noticed some sprinkler heads afterwards that still need replacing but I can do that part on my own. For a simple job it was great. Cheap and very timely
