+ -1 moreThey are a retail shop. I thought the price was expensive. The quality was really good, but I do have a problem with the cord lock. They are guaranteed for seven years, so they ordered the wrong part. The right part has been ordered, so I'm waiting on that. They are taking kind of a long time. They were responsive, it's just taking a long time. I had to schedule them three times. I would recommend them. The people that came out were really great. They were the ones that sold it to me and helped me make the decisions. They were really good. Where I have problems is with the independent contractor that works for 3 Day Blinds; the one that does the repair. The installer was really good. He gave me lots of tips about the installation.
Description of Work: They came out and measured. I looked through booklets of all kinds of blinds. I selected the blinds I wanted for the kitchen and the bedroom.

+ -1 moreMade appointment. They were on time, quick, and professional. Work was completed in a little over two weeks as it had to be custom made. Appointment to install took all of 15 minutes. No fuss, no bother, no hassles, just what a company is supposed to do.
Description of Work: I had a sliding door cloth blind replaced as the mechanism died after 35 years of use.

Description of Work: I have used 3- Day Blinds in the past to dress bedroom and kitchen windows with wooden blinds. This most recent experience was to purchase draperies for my living room and dining room. The customer service was excellent from my appointment with the designer to select fabric all the way through the process to installation.

+ -1 moreIt was fine. They were here April of 2014. The workers were fine. I'm really not that pleased with the blinds because they're a little on the chintzy side, they're not good quality. The price was reasonable I just thought I was going to get more for my money. The servicemen were very good.

Description of Work: This is only one of many installations Jeffrey has handled for me. He is amazing in helping the selection, although I still have my hand in it as well as the client's wishes. I did not include price of product/installation because I am not sure which one you are citing here. I just know that I have only to call Jeffrey and I can nearly forget about that part of my job. It will be done, it will be done on time, and it will be done correctly the first time.
