I have one of my events not screwed in. I have an extra bedroom downstairs. Some reason he put my key in his pocket and I have asking for him to give back I’m still waiting not to mention they were supposed to come on the March 10, I never even got it phone call or showed up.

Our technician arrived on time and successfully completed the job, leaving the customer satisfied with the service provided. However, weeks later, the customer reported that one of the screws had come loose in the vent. Additionally, the customer mentioned that they opened a locked bedroom door in the downstairs area after the vent cleaning was performed in that room. Following this, they inadvertently locked it again. The technician, who still had the key, reached out to inform the client that he would return it. The client responded that it was not an issue as it was merely a storage room. Overall, all work was executed professionally and within the scheduled timeframe, with no issues arising during the service.

They were very communicative by phone and giving me an estimated time that they would arrive! They were also very knowledgeable and informative about what they were doing! They also left my house cleaner than when they arrived and my house feels so much more clean and fresh!! That says a lot because of my fluffy husky fur is like always noticeable when I come home but not after they cleaned my air ducts I feel like I can breathe easier! Also my a/c feels like it’s blowing colder! Woohoo! I will definitely be calling Elk Grove Dryer Vent Airduct And Carpet Cleaning back for my future needs!
