Boulder Exterminators

We have used Boulder Exterminators FOREVER at our vacation house in South Lake Tahoe. So, this review is LONG overdue. Jim, Britt, and the staff are professional, efficient, effective, and extraordinarily nice, friendly folks. Whether it's mice, squirrels, carpenter ants, termites, bats, or hornets, Boulder Exterminators has dealt with them all. They go above and beyond to try and make timely service calls and work around your schedule. They are responsive and proactive in not only addressing your current needs but also recommending treatments to prevent future issues. I can't speak highly enough about Jim and his business! I only worry about when he decides to retire!

We had Carpenter ants and mice. We contacted Jim at Boulder Exterminators on the advice of a friend. He arranged an on-site inspection with minimal delay. He suggested services and solutions to fit our needs. We had used various ant pesticides without success. He came and sprayed for the ants, now gone. He also inspected our entire exterior for mouse entry points and recommended repairs. He then set multiple traps in locations that had not occurred to me, and returned multiple times inspect and re-set traps. After we ceased using his services we did trap a few more mice, but only one in the house, and none now for several weeks. So while I'm not sure it's ever possible to completely "solve" a mice problem, it's certainly diminished to a near zero level. Jim was VERY flexible in working within our schedules, to the point of performing late afternoon and weekend visits. Also, at no time did he try to sell us a continuing maintenance service, which, based on other reviews I've read, seems to be a high priority on the part of other exterminators.
