 + 0 moreThink twice about doing business with Top Producers Realtors in Running Springs, California. I have rented through Top Producers for 11 years. On August 10, 2022, I was in the process of packing and moving, when I was locked out of my home by Mike Alps. I had paid the full months rent and was given August 1 -15 to finish moving and cleaning. My furniture and a new washer/dryer combo were appropriated by the owner. I have asked for compensation for the stolen property, half of the full months rent, and the security deposit. Top Producers did reimburse half of the full months rent, but nothing else. They are no longer returning my communications. I have filed a lawsuit for the remaining $4500.00. 🤬

Description of Work: we attempted to use TOP PRODUCERS REALTY in our search for a new home, however once we reached out to this company it was 3 weeks by the time we received a call from anyone, at which point we had already decided to go with a company that was responsive and actually returned our calls.

We were in a bidding war, but with Ilona's expert guidance, we still got the property for under the asking price. We are very satisfied with Ilona and Top Producers Realty and we'd use them again. We've found that Running Springs is a warm, friendly community. Our neighbors are very and quot;small townand quot; in their willingness to get to know people, sharing meals, and helping out. This is a wonderful community and Ilona at Top Producers was an excellent representative for this quaint mountain town.
Description of Work: We purchased a foreclosed piece of property at a fantastic price.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I looked at several homes in Running Springs and we fell in love with a foreclosure that is a complete fixer upper. We got a 1244 sq ft home on over 6200 sq ft lot for $80,000. After about $16,000 in upgrades and repairs, it will be perfect! Running Springs is in between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. It's a quiet small-town community. We are using the house as a weekend retreat and possibly a retirement destination in 10 years.
Description of Work: Ilona Gidley at Top Producers Realty in Running Springs is absolutely awesome! She is extremely patient and helpful. She took us to see numerous properties and when we found the one for us, she wrote up the offer. She explained everything to us (we hadn't bought a house in 23 years and we were very rusty at it). She always returns calls and emails within a few hours. She also went to the property with six contractors to let them in so we could get quotes for items such as roofing, windows, carpet, alarm, etc. Ilona truly goes above and beyond as a real estate agent. The deal went through without a hitch and she made it a pleasant experience with much less stress than it could have been.
