They were OK, but I had to call them back, because whatever their electronic treatment was, it didn't work the first time. They had to spot treat again. It depends on who you get. They do an electronic abatement process, which I'm not that knowledgeable about. I think their prices are reasonable; not too high, not too low and I just question the efficacy of their electromagnetic spot treatment, as opposed to chemical spot treatments. So I don't necessarily have a lot of confidence, but I don't really care, because if we have more evidence, then we're going to have them back for a spot treatment anyway. If I was really looking into fumigation, I probably wouldn't use them again. But if I'm looking at spot treatment and a very inexpensive two year contract, then maybe I would use them. So it depends. I probably would do competitive bidding the next time around.

I have been using their services for about seven years. I spent $18,000 for an annual contract to have them treat my business. I have a contract with them to come out and spray on a weekly basis. They are rapid to respond and their pricing is very resonable. Thir provide great service.
