Alex and Eric were great to work with on our remodel (knocked out two walls, new kitchen, laundry room and revamped the dining, family and living rooms and raised some ceilings). They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but the quality of work they completed was undeniably terrific! Alex has a wealth of construction knowledge and always provided cost effective alternatives for issues that in the end always turned out better than what I was expecting. Alex and his crew paid attention to details throughout the construction process and always strived to make me happy with their work products. They stayed on budget (minus change orders based on my upgrades) and would have stayed on schedule if not for some overlooked structural issues that my engineer had to work through with the city to approve the permit amendment. Eric was easy to work with through the contract process answering my questions promptly. The only minor complaint I have is some of their workers start work at 9am so they sometimes stay until 7pm+. Since I'm retired it wasn't an issue and allowed the workers to completely finish a certain phase of the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work Vostok completed at my house and would highly recommend them.

The Vostok team were true professionals! I had a tub-to-shower conversion done in my master bathroom and felt like I was in great hands every step of the way. I first met with Eric to go over budgeting and the scope of the project and he put me at ease while also being able to explain what needed to be done. I had some ideas on how I wanted it to look, and he was able to capture that and make it happen. Eric came out and met with the construction crew on the first day of the project, introduced me to the guys that would be doing the work and made sure everything was in place and everyone was on the same page regarding the plans. The construction team were quick and efficient, getting the whole thing done in just under two days. They were very courteous and kept the inside of my house clean as they demoed the old tub and did the floor work necessary to add the larger shower pan. They cleaned up everything after they were done, leaving everything looking spotless. I was extremely pleased with how everything turned out and working with Vostok as a whole. They'll definitely be my first call if I need more projects done in the future.

It has been a pleasure working with the father and son duo. I was informed every step of the way and saw the hard work the crew put into it. They got the job done quick but the craftmanship did not suffer. Alex (Father) led the construction crew and was always involving me in the build. He had great, sensible ideas that we took advantage of. Eric (Son) is the numbers guy and he was very responsive and flexible throughout the process. Overall I highly recommend this crew. So much so that we already signed them on to remodel our master suite and redo the entire flooring in our house. Can't wait for the transformation!

I had a full master bathroom remodel done. My bathroom turned out much better than what I imagined. I have had tile work done in the past. This is, by far, the best tile work I have seen. Extreme care was taken regarding the rest of my house, as this bathroom is located on the second story. I highly recommend this company.

Vostok Construction was great to work with, especially their project manager, Eric. He was easy to communicate with over email/text/phone and quick to respond, which is something we value a lot when doing remodeling projects with multiple moving parts. We also appreciate their dedication to the quality of their work. Not only did they make sure we were satisfied, but they seemed to really care that their work was high quality and did things that were above and beyond. Vostok construction remodeled my kitchen and most of the inside of my house in 2022. They removed and moved walls, did everything in the kitchen, and throughout the house installed new insulation, new drywall, new plumbing, new electrical, new lighting, new doors, new floors, all new appliances and more. My house looks completely different. It looks absolutely beautiful and amazing! I'm talking "dream kitchen status" good! Vostok helped me create my vision. They also had some good input that caused me to adjust my vision and I'm glad I listened to them. Vostok's quality of work is top tier! If your priority is high quality work, these are the guys to go with. They take great pride in doing things right and making it as visually & aesthetically pleasing as possible. They were also always willing to address anything I noticed that was missed or not up to my standards. There wasn't much of that, but some. You will notice more than anyone else as it's your house. You are most familiar with it and the one who is going to live in it after the work is done. For me, Vostok was responsive to texts and phone calls throughout the project. My brother had his house remodeled a few years back and he said he had to repeatedly call his contractor before getting ahold of him. I didn't have that problem with Vostok. In addition to that, they were always willing to explain everything every step of the way so you know what's going on. You do have to let them know that you want information and ask questions. Once you do they will explain anything and answer your questions. I wasn't living in my house when the work was being done which I'm sure makes the experience a lot less stressful. So, I can't comment on what the process would be like in that scenario. In the end, the results speak for themselves and the results are exceptional! I am VERY happy! I highly recommend these guys.

Everyone we worked with from Vostok Construction were professionals. From the owner, Eric, to everyone involved - Mike, Viktor, Dima, Alex, and Ivan - they all made sure that we were getting what we wanted by consistently checking with us on the progress and explaining why some things that might not have been part of the initial plan needed to take place. In any project like this, some points of frustration arise - whether it be small miscommunications or just getting anxious to get your â spaceâ back. With that being said, Eric is very professional in his conduct - he listens, understands, explains, and sympathizes when needed. Heâ s also flexible in accommodating change orders and realistic in his projections on cost. It had been an extremely pleasant time working with everyone at Vostok, and we canâ t wait to do so in the near future.

My husband and I decided to completely redo our master bath. Problem was we had no idea who to use, it was hard to find anyone in our area. After some research we reached out to Vostok Construction located in Sacramento. Was this ever a good choice! We met with Eric (co owner) and decided this was a good fit. We wanted to add a bathtub and had no idea how it would work out. Per Alex (owner)â s recommendation we have changed our original plan. Through their process, Vostok along with their vendors, turned our outdated bathroom into our dream master bath.  I canâ t say enough about this company and all their employees. They have been a pleasure to work with. The bathroom was finished on time before the Holidays. We highly recommend Vostok for your next project.

After numerous failed attempts in acquiring assistance for my project, VOSTOK Construction more than exceeded my expectations and eased my apprehensiveness in every facet of this construction project. The company is family operated. The project started on time, the owner was the overseer of project. He kept me informed every step of the way. The workers took care to keep the floors clean as they walked through to do the job. They were here on time every day and cleaned up after each day of working. The workmanship was excellent. Alec pointed out some misgivings about products I had ordered for the company to install. I was grateful for his input, and allowed me to return the product and get a more suitable one. Above and beyond my expectations only begins to say how pleased I am with the work of this company.

I hired Vostok to help with Bree houses that I have or am in the process of rehabbing. They have done a great job, are in time and so what they say they are going to do. Vostok leaves my job sites clean and in order and finishes on time. The quality of there work is very good and their prices are strong.

At each of the junctures there are things that you dont expect, they came to me and communicated everything. I cant recommend them enough. I felt comfortable with them and Workmanship was amazing. They exceeded every expectation that I had in mind.
