Description of Work: remove gazebo, pour new slab and build new gazebo on it, replace patio and install correct structural supports over patio.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I own a 1960's house and were ready to get our hall and master bathroom renovated. After multiple bids, we decided to go with Joel Usher. Not only was he professional, but he gave us a price that was unbeatable, while other bids were flat out outrageous. Joel and his team were able to start two days early and they went to town on the demo. His men are very hard working, professional and polite. They would answer any questions I had and were very respectful of our home. They made sure to clean up after each days work and would show up first thing the next morning. If we had any issues, Joel would make sure things got corrected. He was great with communicating and always got back to us regarding any questions or concerns. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his exceptional service and absolutely recommend him for any house renovation project. You will not be disappointed! We definitely foresee using Usher Building & Design again for our future projects.
