We bought 2 of the "4 hours for $167" so we had 2 guys for 4 hours. We provided all the new plants. Thee arrived about 10 minutes late, but that was no big deal, and they stayed an extra 15 minutes at the end. They managed to get through our original list much more quickly than we expected, so we actually had to run out to Green Acres to get more plants while they were there. They did a very nice job and worked steadily the whole time. They took care of everything we needed, and for an extra $25 hauled away all the dead stuff, which we really appreciated not having to do ourselves! And the price can't be beat!! I had talked to several other landscaping companies who all wanted about $500 to remove a tree and plant a new one (this is a little tree, not a big one) ... for less than the price for one tree, we had 6 dead trees and bushes replaced and a bunch of annuals planted ... we were very pleased!!

We are very happy with the work that Total Landscape Concepts performed for us. They arrived on time and did everything we asked of them and then some. We believe the price was very fair for the amount of work they did and will use them again in the future.

They showed up on time and did a great job. They blew off dust from patio and sidewalks and answered questions for me about fertilizing after the aeration. Would definitely recommend them.

He was a little late. One machine broke down before he was done. He said he would be back on Monday and he was. Took another 15 minutes and he was done.

Nice job. Were on time and finished job. they did miss some spots but overall was happy for the price and work done.

The provider just called and informed me that he is based out of California while I live in Illinois. I'm not certain how I came across this Deal but I have contacted Angie's List for a refund the of the purchase.

He came on time and did what I paid him to do. I thought that the little plugs of dirt left behind would be swept up, but he said they would eventually disappear. I did not wait to see if that was true, because they made the lawn look like thousands of dogs had been there for months, so I raked them all up. The aeration was done well and I appreciated the good price; I would not hesitate to hire this service provider again.

Total Landscape Concepts did call one time after I did email and call them. But after that, nothing. I decided to look at the reviews more closely and those that gave them an A rating, made the comment(s) to the affect that the company had an issue with communication, response, etc. one pointed out they had a serious problem of managing time. In my case, it's the same and we cannot wait any longer, as we need prompt service now. If. You have lots of time and don't care when they get with you, this is for you!

The two men showed up on time, talked about what they could accomplish in the four hours I had purchased, and then got to work. One of them mowed and the other used a weed whacker. They did everything I wanted done.

It went well, I wish that I had a more detailed list of what I wanted trimmed and cleaned, don't think I used them for the full time that I paid for. They were professional and polite. Great for saving a weekend of yard work.

We kept missing each other. I believe we never got in touch. I was busy and he was busy and we just kept missing each other and then Christmas came. He is fine and seems like a nice guy. He was professional on the phone. He tried to get in touch with me several times and always called me right back.

As a homeowner, I prefer to be home to all services for a variety of reasons. I was unable to be home this time but felt confident TLC understood the tasks and would make sure disposal and property were left without damage. The work was done but many hedges were partly left undone. Two hours was plenty of time to complete the task and I was not notified otherwise. Also, we found oil stains on our aggregate driveway and a huge oil stain on our green trashcan lid (just discovered this today). If damage was done it would be prudent to let the homeowner be aware and offer to cleanup the damages. Both oil stains were well within in sight so it'd be hard for the primary foreman for the job to miss this and other outstanding hedgework. I will use Angies List again but will be at home to ensure future services are to our specifications as paid for.

company was on time. took time to mark areas to avoid sprinker heads pipes etc. lawn had good plug coverage should help this summer

It was okay. I added another $70 on top of the two big deals. They need to pay more attention on time management.

The two men that showed up were very nice. They were on-time and very helpful. They did a lot of work in my front and backyard and did a very good job. However, I had some underground water tubing for all my plants and quite a few of those were busted and broken. I called the owner, but he was incredibly rude. I asked them if they were willing to do an estimate for more work in my backyard and he was really rude and I've never heard from them again.

Lousy...no follow up no one got back to me despite repeated attempts to contact them.

It went just fine. They came out shortly after I purchased the big deal. They got stuff cleaned up very well.

It was fine. They came out on time, did the job for what I paid them for, and I was happy with it. They came out a couple of months after I purchased the deal but that was my choice. They came out when I wanted them to and were there when they said they would be there. They were cheerful, courteous and polite. The price was fair and reasonable, that’s the reason I bought the deal. I was satisfied with the service.

It went very well. My irrigation system was working fine except the coverage was inconsistant. I purchased a 'Deal' on-line from Angie's list for one hour of Assessment, Repair & Adjustment with up to $25 in parts. I had never purchased service in advance, so it was a little out of my comfort zone. I was concerned about a crew coming out assessing my system and maybe "finding problems" requiring more money than I wanted to spend. However, it was exactly as advertised. First thing this morning I got a call letting me know they were running a little late, which I appreciated (especially since I had forgotten the appointment time ). When the guys arrived they were personable, professional and just very nice. They were able to make adjustments and repairs in the allotted time. They showed me exactly what they did and why, offered advice for ways to improve coverage to insure my entire yard was properly watered in the most efficient way. There was no pressure to buy more service. Their suggestions made perfect sense. I felt good about the whole experience. I will definitely use them again.

That was fine. They were out here and they worked hard. I just spent for the big deal purchase. I would use them in the future.

I enjoyed working with them. They were prompt, friendly and got right to work. I bought a big deal to help with the trimming and weeding of my backyard. They did what I asked and even repaired a drip tube that was accidently cut in the process of trimming.

The Company is great, they responded right away, after I purchased the Big Deal. When I did my search for a deal, for some reason the search yielded results in a state i haven't lived in for 2 years and I didn't notice it until the company called me.

I called and spoke to the owner - I was specific with the yard work and he told me there was a possibility they couldn't do it all but could return another day to finish the work. They came and did just what I asked - pulled some shrubs and got rid of a lot of gravel from around the yard. They were punctual and the person who did the work was very helpful and did what he could with the hours I purchased.

I was happy with Tim's and the crew's work. They put in long hours to get the work done and completed the work as requested. My yard looks a lot better and I am using the service for ongoing maintenance. The only issue has been that the response to communication is sometimes delayed, but as big of a problem now that the work is on a schedule.

Challenging to get a hold of service provider, no work was performed, challenging to get Angies List to provide a refund, took at least a month
