Tim arrived on time and did a great job. He was dealing with blackberry vines that had been taking over my yard and it was a really tough job to cut them back and haul them to the curb. I will definitely use this company in the future - great communication and great service.

Everything went well, the service person showed up on time and it was done in no time. No mess no fuss. Job well done.

Total Landscape Concepts just completed the work that I requested and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything was completed by their very hard working, dedicated worker in a timely manor. He was very professional and did everything that I asked him to do. Both my front and back yards look well trimmed, neat and clean. I will definitely call them for future yard work and yard clean-up and very highly recommend their work.

I have very young trees that were being overrun by tall grass and weeds. I explained what I wanted the end product to look like and they got to work. They did not need to be supervised. When they were done my orchard looked exactly the way I wanted it to.

Total Landscape Concepts was hired by me to do a yard cleanup that included hand weeding ( I don't use herbicides ), mowing and haul away. The men were polite and on time. I explained what I needed done and they got to work right away. The job was tedious. After the purchased time was over I paid for an extra hour because everything I wanted done was not finished. There were some things I saw after they left that I was not satisfied with so I called the owner, Tim, to tell him about them. He offered right away to send his men back to do the work that I was not happy with. The men came back and totally took care of the details to my satisfaction. What I really appreciate about TLC is Tim's response to my needs and quickly fixing the problem without a second thought. It's apparent that TLC is out to please the customer. They were okay, but I wish they would have told me to water my lawn before they got there. The work they did was okay though.

I bought a coupon deal that was for a smaller area and paid extra for the rest - as discussed with Total Landscape over the phone. They were really great with accommodating my scheduling requests and came out despite off and on rain. Very happy with their responsiveness, courtesy and quality of work. We're planning on using them again next year.

They did a good job. I was quite pleased. They were cooperative and tried to please me. They did a good job.

Technician arrived on time. He explained exactly what he would be doing and the path he would take to aerate lawn. When finished, he swept sidewalks and then took me around for an inspection.

I am an experienced gardener and have use many companies so I can honestly say These men know what they are doing. They contacted me by phone to ask what I needed done. The gal wanted to know so she could tell them what tools to bring. This is so important because they were prepared to do the job. They showed up on time and did a quick walk through and because they speak english there is no waisted time or mistakes. They worked hard and I was amazed that they could pull out so many plants in the time allotted. That's becaused they brought the right tools. These are not mow and blow guys. Excellent job. My front lawn is not flat and lots roots and other stuff throughout..not an easy lawn to aerate. Provider did an excellent job with this and I will keep hiring them going forward.

Our property is an older home with clay soil. Our lawn has never seemed to properly green up in the two years we've been in the house, even with sufficient watering and regularly scheduled fertilization. So my assumption was that the ground under the lawns were probably compacted and water simply wasn't fully penetrating. After obtaining a quote from them that was right in my ballpark, we had Total Landscape Concepts come and aerate two large lawns. They showed up on time, and performed the job surprisingly quickly (considering the large area of the lawns). They made two passes, front to back, then side to side. After the aeration was finished, they cleaned off the pathways of any dirt & debris. Actually left them cleaner than it was when they got there, or so it seemed. I definitely plan on using them again in the spring and next fall, then likely once annually going forward. The difference in our lawn in only two weeks after the job is almost night and day compared to what it was previously.

They did a great job, very personable and professional. Have used them once before and will definitely use them again.

It worked out very well. They were very nice and very helpful. We had a lot of work for them to do – moving stuff around, getting stuff ready to the dump, etc. They were really great & did everything my daughter asked them to do.

The service was done well. The communication up front (responsiveness) needs work. Perhaps you guys were overwhelmed with customers off the Angie's List special - but you could have someone at least reach out to let your customers know this, rather than have them attempt to contact you three times without a response like I did. Again, the actual job was done well, and no mess was left, so I'm happy with that. Vicky Williams

I made contact with the company and in the early Spring of 2013 we met at a nursery to pick out plants. I had provided a landscape plan with nearly all of the plants. I tried to schedule in May 2013 for the company to perform the work, but the company was not available. I tried to reschedule with the company and they responded with a week in November 2013. I advised the company this is okay, but did not receive a response confirming this date/time. The company then wanted to schedule in December when the weather was near freezing, but I believed it to be an inappropriate time for planting, and it was too close to the holidays. I met with the company again on March 14, 2014, and requested that I be scheduled for the last week in May and a detailed bid be provided. When a month went by and I had not received the bid, I requested the bid again and I was given a general bid, which lacked how much soil, some names of specific plants were missing as we had discussed on March 14, 2014, they had the wrong type of mulch requested, etc. The company would never confirm the date I requested, even scheduling over a couple of months out. When I contacted the company, to request a refund, they asked if they could answer my questions or if this was my final decision. When I told them this was my final decision and that I needed to find a landscaper to perform the for my project I was told the owner is overwhelmed and to contact Angie's list for a refund.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they did it the way it should have been done. There were no additional charges. The price was good. They were very responsive and right on time. It was what I expected.
