I was told that I have a busted pipe in the front. I've been trying to reach out to them to get a summary of the work that was actually done or any information on what time the sprinklers will go off. I called on Tuesday and was told they would follow up with that information and I have yet to hear back from them and I have tried calling several times. I need to know if I need to continue to water my lawn as I have not heard my sprinklers go off. I just need some basic communication with answers to my questions.

The team was awesome! I used their service via an Angie's List deal. To be honest, I thought they would try to "up-sell" me with other services because this audit and repair price I paid was a deal and most likely discounted. There was none of that. I felt completely at ease talking to them and asking some questions. They were professional, on time (even early), and very easy to talk to. There was no pressure to revamp my system which is nearly 20 years old. I plan on using their service in the future. I found out that they clean and inspect gutters. I will call them for that!

Buyer beware****FALSE ADVERTISING. I copied and pasted their "AD" that Angie's list promotes so you can see that it CLEARLY states "lanscaping/yard service" and also "landscaping" by itself further down the list. Here's The Deal: $279.00 for four hours of landscaping/yard clean-up Four hours of labor (i.e. one worker for four hours /two workers for two hours); additional hours may be purchased at $65/hour Debris will be bagged or bundled and left at the client's house for weekly local pickup Potential jobs include the following: Landscaping Yard maintenance Shrub and ornamental tree trimming (max height 10 feet) Garden weeding Mowing Edging Removal of plants and bushes Plant maintenance Storm clean-up

Tony and John showed up ahead of the appointment time! They left early in case there was traffic. They quickly moved through our front and back yard irrigation systems, adjusting sprayers, replacing defective ones. They worked fast. They discovered that two of the valves in the front yard were defective. They told me it would cost an additional $75 for each valve part and labor. When all was said and done I got charged $130 for the two because some of the labor was covered by "the deal". They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking. We would call them in the future if we needed to. They felt the control box, while older, was still performing so no recommendation to replace at this time.

We had very overgrown and woody climbing roses (5) and rosemary bushes (6) that needed severe pruning. A small tree also needed to have branches cut back from scraping against the house. After reviewing with John (maintenance lead) and Tony what I wanted done, they both immediately set to work. They're a good team and worked steadily the entire time. Tony did a fantastic job of pruning the roses; John managed well their efforts in order to stay within the allotted timeframe and to accomplish the work that had been agreed upon. All the cuttings were bagged for them to haul-away. John took extra effort to make sure that there were no stray cuttings, loose leaves or twigs left on the ground or retaining wall and also did some additional plant clean-up/maintenance. I was very pleased with their quality of work.

They were great - did a fantastic job

They were on time and immediately got to work. Completed everything that I wanted done with a little time to spare. I did pay extra for all green waste to be hauled away, but they made sure to clean everything up. My yard looked the best it had in years.

2 workers worked very hard and even went beyond what they had to do for my front yard walkway.

They did a quick and thorough job, making sure all of my irrigation was working properly.

Workers arrived early, explained what they were going to do step by step and proceeded with their work in a professional and courteous manner. Cleaned up after they finished. Again, explained what they did and suggestions to help keep the grass alive during the drought. Outstanding job in every respect.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company for lawn aeration. Both times I have been very pleased with their service. I would definitely use the service, again.

This is the second time I've used them, and I'll use them again next year. ?There are cheaper providers out there, but the professionalism, punctuality, and the overall great job that they do makes it well worth the price. Last year I had a massive cleanup - a pool area that was about 4 years overgrown. ? ?This year, there was only one year's worth of growth, so I used an "Angie's List Big Deal" and they again did a great job.

These guys were awesome! My backyard was a hot weedy mess when they arrived early on the first day to prep the area. Now, all they had to do was prep the area that was to receive the turf. But when I got home, I was super excited to see the prepped area plus the fact that they got rid of all the dry, nasty weeds! That alone made my backyard look great! They came back that Friday to install the turf and my backyard now looks so awesome! Thank you TLC!!

Wonderful company. Showed up when they said they would. Completed the job in two days. I told Tim (owner) what I wanted and he did it. Beyond my expectations! I am planning on using them in my front yard soon!!

Estimate was over a week in coming, then it was priced so ridiculously high. I did it all myself.

Our TLC technician was John. He arrived right on time. John was very, very thorough. He really knew what he was doing. In addition to repairing our timer box and valves, he took the time to explain everything to us. The next day one of the valves was not working. I called TLC and within 30 minutes John was back and fixed it quickly with no extra charge and was very pleasant the whole time. I would certainly recommend Total Landscape Concepts because they are prompt, knowledgeable and very competent. Definitely worth the money. We will use them again in the future.

Work was done that asked of them. Friendly workers who did a good job. I am asking them to return to do more work as I still have lots to do.

These guys were excellent. They took the time to explain the system and how it operated. They did a station to station check to ensure all components were working properly. Where in the case a part was defective, it was replaced. Thankfully, the system wasn't entirely overloaded and could be modified to better fit the watering needs of the yard. Would highly recommend these folks.

Two individuals showed up on time and seemed to have a good grasp of the work I was requesting. My first clue that something might be a problem is that before any work was done, the lead worker was already asking me for a good review. Next, he was cautioning me that they would not have enough time to do what I had asked them to do. My priorities were 1) remove old mulch from the entire yard. 2) Weed and remove underbrush so I could lay out new mulch over the weekend. 3) Trim the bushes and plants 4) mow the lawn and edge. One of the workers seemed very interested in working while the other one seemed more interested in telling stories in a loud voice while he worked. I work at home and despite having the windows closed I could hear him the entire time. After about 90 minutes of work, the lead guy knocked on the door and said they were not going to finish in the allotted time. It seemed that there was confusion about 2 hours / 2 people and how much work that included. I authorized more time (2 hours) and then paid them by check. They would not bill me or take a credit card because "we have had issues where the payment processor would take our customer's money but not pay them". This was very strange and not very professional to me. After 3 hours of wall clock time and 6 man hours, they still were not done with my yard. At that point I gave up and decided to do the rest myself. As I went around the yard, I noticed that the lawn was very well mowed, the bushes in some parts of the yard were done well, but there were areas that were not done very professionally. They even cleared away one azalea of a string of five because they said it was "dead", leaving a gap in the hedge. Some weeds were removed, and some were not. Some mulch was cleared away, but some was not, even in the areas they actually worked in. I wanted to like their work because I know how hard yard work can be, but in all honesty I simply ended up being very disappointed. The cleanup was because we are having a post-wedding bunch for 60 people at our home. What I had hoped would be money well spent to make my chores a bit lighter ended up not really being much help. I can't recommend this company to anyone I am sorry to say.
