They were early, very friendly and completed the job. I had two large dead shrubs that I could not handle in getting them removed. They were able to establish that yes the shrubs were dead and were able to cut them up and leave them for the pickup I had arranged.

Approximately April 24th or 25th, I called Tim regarding some landscaping that needed to be done. He advised me that the next available time was right after Memorial Day weekend. I agreed and asked to be put on the schedule. At that time, Tim also advised me he had a $99.00 special for 3 man hours that he could send his employees out on April 29th to work on the sprinkler system. Two men arrived at the specified time. They worked on repairing some sprinkler lines and replaced some sprinkler heads. They also programmed the automatic sprinkler system. The next morning, only one phase of the system worked. The other 2 phases were never programmed. When I manually started the system, several of the sprinkler heads did not work. I notified Tim of this, but he never offered to do anything about it. I just figured I would wait until my appointment the week after Memorial Day weekend to address these items again along with the additional work I had talked to Tim about. On May 23rd, I called Tim to confirm he was going to start the additional projects the next week and he said he was out of his office and would have to call me back. Have not heard from him since. After waiting over a month to start the work I want done, now I have to start finding a different company that will actually come and do the work I need done.

It went very well. They scheduled very quickly right after I contacted them. The workman that came out were very good. I had two people for four hours. They did a good job. The guy looked at what I wanted and got most of everything done that I wanted. My highborn has some things dripping so it was mucky and a little more complicated. They were prompt.

My place was a mess; no work had been done since I purchased the home a few months ago. They did what we agreed (and a bit more) and it looks great. I plan to use TLC for a little landscaping work.

Three men came and work for 3 hrs and left my front yard looking better than it was I was pleased with the work.

Painless transaction; very personable staff and they worked very hard. Checked job with me at the end to be sure I was satisfied.

Their work was ok. I don't have any raves or outstanding things to say about their service.

Overall, I give this company an A. They made my appointment within a timely manner and were very responsive. The only issue was the fact that I was asked to rank my priorities in order, and that information never made it to the guys who showed up. However, they did call me when they realized that they didn?t have that information. Luckily,, they were able to reach me. I explained to them that my first priority is a 30-yr-old Orange tree in my backyard that was very overgrown. They trimmed it beautifully. They also cut back all of the ivy along the walkways, mowed the lawn and trimmed bushes. I would definitely use them again.

Crew was fantastic - prompt, hard working, thorough. Tim (owner / manager) came by halfway into the project to follow up, to make sure everything was satisfactory. Even though we encountered some initial difficulties in contacting Tim, we'll chalk that up to this being his busy season. OVERALL IMPRESSION - Excellent experience and we would definitely turn to Tim and the TLC crew for similar work...and certainly now consider them for other services offered by his organization.

I placed my order on April 20th for the $99.00 special. We have out of town guests coming on May 4th for the week-end and I wanted the yard to look good. By April 26th I still had not heard from Tim so I called him early that morning and spoke to him in person. He stated his crew could not come out until May 6th. I told him about the reasoning for placing the order and requested that he refund my money if he could not fit me in within the two week time frame from when the order was placed. He kept me on hold for a short time and then came back stating that he would be out on 4/29 around 3pm. On 4/29 two men showed up. They worked for 1 1/2 hours. They stated that with two men that was "3 man hours". Personally I find his "special" miss leading. I expected 3 hours of work no matter how many men were in my yard. They cleared out a lot of the leaves and trimmed the small hedge but many tall weeds are left standing in my front yard. A weed whacker in a few places would have been nice. The small strip of grass around my front yard was not even mowed. Considering the price, I got my money's worth. I just don't like tricky advertising. The first job anyone does you expect to be their best. If this is this companies best I'll pass. I truly am looking for a new yard service to come out about every other month so I guess I'll keep looking because this company apparently does not need my business.

Reached out to company for quote and never got a response back after 72 hours

The workers arrived on time (one came out the week before to see what I wanted done) and started working immediately by the priority list. They checked in with me from time to time, offered suggestions for improvements. The whole process went very well. Will use them weekly for lawn maintenance.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and worked very hard. We are pleased with the outcome. We will contact them in the future for additional services.

Tim and his crew worked a total of two days to finish everything as quoted, plus a couple of last minute items we asked them to do. Everything was completed as quoted, and they left everything very neat. We knew that there was a chance some of our sprinkling system could be damaged when removing all of the plants, and Tim was very conscientious in testing the entire system and fixing the several places that had been damaged. In fact, we had less damage done to our sprinkling system than previous landscaping services had done in the past. Tim and his crew were very professional and we will use them again.

Made appt for a Monday. He called Sunday and asked if he could come out Tuesday due to rain the previous week putting him behind. I said ok. Came out Tuesday. Said he was very busy but could probably squeeze me in the following week. He wrote down my email address and said he would send me the estimate. I never heard from him again. I never received an email or call back.

John and Justin arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. They spent approximately 2 hours weedeating the requested portion of the hillside. Then they spent 2 hours gathering and hauling the cuttings 'up the hill' to the dumpster. They did exactly what I had requested so I couldn't be more pleased with their hard work!

A crew of three very nice workman came and did the Angie's special I bought. There was a misunderstanding about what was to be done with flowers that edged my hillside. I spoke to Tim and he did come out himself and made an extra effort to buy flowering plants and get them planted for me. I appreciated that. The fences were also done nicely. Fortunately, I was not on a schedule that required the job to be completed quickly. It took longer than I anticipated, due to some unanticipated events. I felt Tim probably was a little too busy to fit my job in, but he did make an effort to stay in touch and to send workman out. In the end he came out himself and saw that it was completed and that I was happy with it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Finally got a return call from Tim. He said he would be in touch. He called 2 days later out of the blue and said he could be to my home in 5 minutes. While this was inconvenient on a 5 min notice as we were leaving for a funeral I told him to stop by. Tim arrived promptly and told me he would get back to me to schedule an apt. I assumed that would be within a couple days. Not so. I sent a text the following week.......no response. Complete waste of time. We own several homes and were looking for a new company that was dependable and timley to take care of issues that pop up with our rentals as well as our own home. My schedule has now been pushed back at least a week due to the lack of comunication. I contacted this company due to the positive reviews. Unfortnately I didnt recieve that positive experience.

Tim was responsive and pleasant to deal with on the phone. I could tell he was busy while talking to me, but he focused on listening to what I needed. The only "miss" was that Tim sent his men to someone else's house instead of mine, on the specified date. We rescheduled for two weeks later and all was fine. I'd say he could use a good secretary!

Total Landscape Concepts' were professional and very nice. There was nothing wrong, it's just when you are talking with someone and you pick-up on certain things, you kind of go with it. They were very nice. They took awhile to get back to me so they might be busy.

TOTAL LANDSCAPE CONCEPT is absolutely professional and excellent in their services. They came in and cleaned up approximately 2/3 of my yard. I have a very large yard. They were to arrive at 2:30 PM; however, I received a call from Tim Brucks around 2:15 PM stating they would be a little late they just completed a job and he wanted to provide a quick meal for his crew. I say that, because if he is concerned with maintaining his staffs sustenance he also cares they are nourished to the work customers hire them to do. After they cleaned up the front yard and part of the back yard, I explained to Tim what my interests where for the front yard landscape. He kindly measured the yard and later e-mailed a reasonable quote for the size of the yard. They did a fabulous job. Tim and his crew are very professional and friendly. They do commercial and residential work. Speaking with Tim, it is evident he really knows his work and is truly a professional.

Tim finds the problem with the station right away with his electric tool, and fix it. It is wiring with bad connection. The broken pipe was 2 inches underground. He has to dig up and patch. After testing there is another new leak just 3 feet away in the same pipe, and it is about 6 inches under a very big root. Tim guess that the whole section is too old, and was damage by root system of the very 2 large trees nearby. He propose 2 options: One is to dig up under the root and patch it , the other is to find a line leading up to the location and kill it far away. Since that section does not serve any part, and digging under the big root may also take a lot of time, I opt for terminating the line. With Tim's experience he tried to dig around several other sprinkler heads nearby to find the connection pipe. After 4 digging, he found it. The whole job take additional 3 hours to finish and that why it cost extra after I use the coupon - for 2 person crew to finish the work. His team clean well after working in my lawn. I'm satisfied with his trade knowledge and the work quality.

We chose them because of their fast response. They kept their schedules and addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommend them.

Well we had let our yard go for a while and badly needed a cleanup. Tim and two other workmen arrived on time and after a short assessment got right to work. As time progressed, Time kept checking in to make sure they were doing what we wanted. Lots of suggestions for the future and guidance for the current job were much appreciated. Our front and side hedges, redwood trees and lemon trees are all set now. We also had some concerns about our sprinkler system and Tim gave some tips and estimates for changes and possible repairs. He is a licensed contractor for those as well. Tim is trustworthy and exhibited common sense when dealing with us. We will definitely use Total Landscape Concepts in the future.

Tim was easy to work with to set-up the service, and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. Their work was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the amount of work we got done in the 8 hour period. We have quite a bit more work to do in our yard, and Tim was great about listening to our thoughts and giving input. We hope to have him back to do more work on the yard soon.
