Description of Work: 4hrs = one person; So, total or any complete clean up of yard (back,front, or sides) be it trees to grass they will mow it to your height. What I really liked was if they found something not mentioned per our talk they did not touch it until we spoke and I saw it by sight. Then when they were done but time had not ran out they asked "what else can we do? " I advised them I had two other thing I had to move." But they did them to make sure they used all they gas. I also have pictures.

Description of Work: The deal purchased was for 1 hour of irrigation overhaul and 4 hours of landscaping maintenance. They were a little late to arrive. They couldn't find the turn of valve for the sprinkler. Therefore i returned home to assist. They dug a hole around the sprinkler heads approximately 6inches down and maybe a foot around. They couldn't find the end of the pipe. They kept saying it must be under the cement patio. It was not they only had to dig another inch or so to see that it wasn't.My neighbor came over who is an engineer to let them know the patio outdated the sprinkler system so that the pipe didn't go underneath the patio. They then turned their attention to the paid for yard work. The did not remove the leaves.This would have been an extra cost. I had asked them to weed. This was done minimally to be generous. They used a blower and minimally trimmed some bushes. The work was not equal to the cost. They did not have the knowledge, nor the tools to complete the sprinkler assessment. Additionally, no one eve followed up with me when I specifically asked them to do this.

Description of Work: We just moved into a new home. The front yard had been overgrown. The crew came in and got the yard looking wonderful. What a great job. We are so impressed that we will be using them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed bushes, cut lawn, adjusted fence panel. Did a good job, no complaints. Pleasant to work with. Definitely not amateurs. I would easily recommend them.

Description of Work: Tim was professional and polite on our two phone calls. He was willing to come do the work (since it was a full day's work), even though I live some 30 miles outside their service area. But the dates he could offer would not have worked for me. So he called Angie's List to arrange for a refund, and called me right back to tell me what I needed to do to get it.

Description of Work: I was looking for a service to perform lawn aeration. During my initial phone conversation, Tim indicated that he was on a job site and unable to take down any information. He requested that I complete the contact information on his web site. On the phone, he did quote a price and indicated that he would call on Tuesday, the following day, to schedule a date and time. When I did not hear from him on Tuesday, I again placed a note in the "contact information' on the web site, reminding him of our conversation, my location and the quoted price. I requested that he contact me on Wednesday. I never heard from him.
