Very prompt call back by T W Glass Service and the guy was at my house less than an hour later. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes, said he would order the part and have it within a week. He called back 2 days later and said the part was in, so we scheduled a 2 hour time time frame for him to arrive (and he was within that time frame). He had the window fixed within 15 minutes. I was very happy with the quality of work and the price (which he quoted at the time of the initial visit) and responsiveness. He also suggested that I open and close similar windows weekly to take pressure off the springs (something about a sash balancer?) to avoid the problem with identical windows in my home. I would definitely use them again.

He showed up a half hour late. He didn't apologize or even acknowledge they showed up late. I asked him to take his shoes off. He said he can't do that. That upset me to start with. Then he comes in and checks out the job, continually saying he can't do this can't do that. Then we looked at the glass door and he said the rollers we needed weren't in yet. He laid the door down on the concrete patio and put some scratches on the paint of the house. He didn't clean up well at all. I had to do the cleaning myself. I asked about his warranty, he said the warranty was his word. I asked him to put it in writing. He refused. After they realized they were going to lose my business they finally put the warranty in writing. I finally asked him to leave, and he left alot of money on the table. I had alot of other work that needed to be done. Furthermore my son needs work done as well, and they lost all of that business. I felt totally disrespected by this gentleman. I would never ever consider using this company again.

I called and the company had someone out promptly to measure the window. They placed the order and the window came in early. It was replaced, the area was completely cleaned up inside and out. The window was cleaned and when they left it was as if it had never been broken. This company was recommended by another company that I found on Angie's list.
