+ -1 moreI tried them so you don’t have to :/ I was excited to come home to a deep cleaned common area but unfortunately I had to finish the job myself. Better off not taking the risk and just try somewhere else.

+ -1 moreThe first cleaning team they sent wasn't very reliable and I wasn't too happy with them. But then they sent another team. Two young ladies who know what they are doing. The are very reliable, thorough and quick and also very respectful.

Description of Work: Sunny Maids sent Mariana over on July 17 to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. She arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Because she used her own supplies the cost was $59.50 and I tipped her $10. We made a list of the supplies she preferred to use and the next time she came out in July, I paid only $59.50 which included the $10 tip. Mariana is very efficient, gets done quickly and does a fabulous job. The last time she was out she asked if there was anything else she could do to help out so when she finishes early, she will be dusting and/or vacuuming the house. This really helps us out. The only negative to Sunny Maids is that when I set up service with them, I thought it would continue after July. Apparently, they called to see if I wanted to continue the service and I never received the call so when Mariana was supposed to come out this week, she didn't. I called Sunny Maids to find out why and this is when I found out they called and I was supposed to call them back. When I set up something with someone, I expect for the service to continue until I cancel it. I was not happy about this misunderstanding. Sunny Maids did call Mariana and she was agreeable to coming out at 5:30 that day; however, we didn't want her working that late. So, I have to give Sunny Maids credit for trying to make things right. Mariana will be coming out next week.

+ -1 moreIt costs $99 for 6 hours of work. I don't have any dislikes about them. They do a great job. You can pick who you want and have the same cleaner come each time. They're very reliable. They'll call you if they ever can't make it. So far though they have never failed to make it here.
