When I was called after requesting a quote on Angie's List, I specifically asked if there was a minimum fee for the work to be done or if there was a minimum hourly fee for work to be done. I was told there was not and the fee was determined by the job. When the technician came out he was friendly and courteous, took one look at my timer, said he would adjust it correctly and within five minutes had done so. When I asked what the charge was he said they charge a MINIMUM hourly fee of $125.00 I paid with a check and when I called the company I got an apology and a $25 refund with a "that's the best we can do" Do not use these folks or if you do then do not believe a word they say, get everything in writing before you have any work done. They responded to our request within five minutes, and were able to come out the next morning to give us a quote. We got two quotes. Theirs was the lower, and they were able to start work immediately. The technician was able to quickly identify the problem, replace the elbow that was leaking, and fill in the hole and clean up the site. We were very pleased and would hire them again.

Austin was great. I needed my 15 year old drip system inspected and repaired as I knew I had a couple bad emitters. Austin arrived on time, was very polite. He checked out my system, found a couple leaks I didn’t know about, repaired where needed, adjusted water pressure, made sure all worked properly. I’d definitely hire this company again!
