They didn't finish the first day, they said they would return the next day at 9 am and they didn't come until after 2 pm. he did a good job but the company deserves a 2 star !

Austin was on time, polite and very professional. He listened to my concerns, gave me a price quote and went right to work and got the job done. The charge was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

The worker set a time for an appointment the second day but was 4 1/2 hours late for the appointment time. He said the office told him to do other appointments first but no one ever called me to inform me of this which made me had to wait all morning and part of the afternoon for him to arrive and then had to stay here, even having to cancel other appointments, to be here while he worked. I feel sorry for the employee. I had called the office about for the rate late arrival but they never said anything about having sent him elsewhere. I think they need to improve their communication skills.

Firm did a good job and was fast and responsive. A problem did developed with a new valve, but the tech came out and fixed the problem. Everything works fine.

Knowledgeable , personable, and completed the job in a reasonable time frame. Work is guaranteed and will come back if needed.

The service was prompt and the end result was good. I am pleased with the job.

He was a very hard working young man, and very diligent in the quality of work his work. He took time to explain the problems with our system and gave us good advise on how to go about fixing them. All that being said, the price was a higher than expected, but that was to the fault of the technician.

THE PERSON WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK SHOWED UP WHEN THE SERVICE PROMISED HE WOULD. HE TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE JOB, AND WENT TO HIS WELL STOCKED TRUCK AND PRODUCED THE NEEDED PARTS. HE WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK, AND FINISHED IN HALF AN HOUR. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT; ABLE TO WORK AND TALK AT THE SAME TIME. I WILL HIRE SPRINKLER LOGIC AGAIN WHEN I HAVE ANOTHER TASK INVOLVING MY LAWN IRRIGATION.

When I made an appointment through Home Advisor, I got service that weekend. Before I asked them to call via Home Advisor and did not hear from them, so tried again. This time they were prompt, considering it was Sunday and not many crews work then. The problems with my system were identified and fixed, I was given options and kept informed, and the guy was very friendly. Now my lawn is getting watered on schedule instead of all night once a week in one of five sections!

The gentleman that came to put in my sprinkling system did a fantastic job and was very quick and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Costly for the work done

Austin works on sprinkler systems and is also a plumber so he also did some in house repairs for me. Very thorough and pays attention to detail. I would hire him again.

I gave it a champion effort to repair my sprinkler system myself but in the end I had to call out a professional and I'm glad I did. I reached out to Sprinkler Logic and within 3 hours they sent out their sales rep Jimmy who took a look at my issue gave me a quote and he had one of his technicians by the name of James at my house within the hour. James was great. Very customer service focused, respectful and kept me updated on the progress of my project. The cost may have been a little steep but that's ok. The job was done quickly and done right. I would for sure use them again.

When you make an appointment make sure to double check it. Their office missed two appointments with me.

Quick and efficient service. They even came back on Saturday to complete the work.
