Sprinkler Logic

Sprinkler Logic set a time and date for my sprinkler repair. Trea showed up at the set time, was professional and courteous, and repaired my sprinkler for the price he stated. The price was reasonable and the service was quick.

I received 2 bids on this sprinkler repair job, for at one of my rentals. The bid was approx. $100 less than the other bid received. They completed the repair immediately right after they gave me their bid, as I accepted their bid offer. He did an excellent job, and I have had no problems with the repairs. I would definitely hire them again.

The young man who worked on our sprinklers assessed the situation very quickly. He knew what he was doing and had our sprinklers running in a short time. Sprinkler Logic/Service Now! guarantees their work for one year.

Our lawn still looks awful a year after they installed a complete new sprinkler system. The trenches were never completely filled in and the grass did not grow back completely. We had them come back a few times to try to get the lawn looking better but it's still ugly. Very disappointed, waste of money.

Technician was professional and did a great job

What should have taken 1 day took 6 days. The person who told me that they would be doing the job was a no show and his replacement was late and unprepared. The technician had a scheduled court date right in the middle of our job, and the company did not send another technician to fill in while he was out. The tech also took a 3 day weekend for whatever reason. Not happy with this company. The days that we had a technician here, he was late all 3 days. The work quality was good, but I would not recommend them if you are in a hurry to get it done.

The Technician, Jonathan, was extremely polite and professional, and did not object my observing him while he worked. Jonathan readily located the problem and expertly repaired it. Oh, and I must also say that he was on time as scheduled. Thank you, Sprinkler Logic and Jonathan for putting my mind as ease.

Was surprised to get a call from them on a Sunday. The same day I submitted my request. The tech came out and replaced one of my my sprinkler values. Austin was friendly and professional.

Arrived on time for evaluation. Returned to do work to cap off 2 sprinklers and replace 3. One replacement sprinkler was quality brass, others were plastic. Left one replacement part on ground that I picked up and later handed to him. Price was high for amount and quality of work.

Very quick work, but they exceeded the initial estimate when they supposedly spotted more sprinklers needing replacement after giving me the initial estimate. I would have expected they would spot all the problems or be willing to include them in the initial estimate -- especially when the estimate was a fairly high figure to begin with. They did a super job moving one sprinkler and adding another, and did so in amazingly short time. But I would expect a more accurate estimate in the first place.

A little more than I wanted to pay, but... I also wanted it done right. I had hired someone 6 months ago, only to turn on my sprinkler system, I still needed repairs. So I am very happy with the service. I feel that this time was done right.
