Made biggest mistake in my life hiring Jimmy Chillquist so called "repair and installation experts" at sprinkler logic. jimmy was fist to respond came to my home ..not to make repair but to shake my hand .. and see what job i needed done. all was good so far but when he called his repair expert he arrived in a printed van saying" service now"i didnt think much of it... this guy he sent out replaced my broken sprinkler head and told me after he spoke to jimmy by phone that he believed the sprinkler head would leak a bit.. but it would stop. if not he had to install a check valve. so i payed the outrageous fee of $165 to replace one..one sprinkler head. i also told the repair guy that i cannot have this head leaking a lot because im selling my home soon and since it was right in front it had to be made right! he said ok ,,just minutes after i ran the sprinklers the repair leaked like a slow running faucet. i hope the repair was right and it wold stop. it did not. the water for several hours ran across the side walk and into the gutter. i called jimmy the next morning telling him of the "unacceptable repair" he told me" he thought someone was coming out to check on it" call his office. i did... they hung up on me as soon as i said my name and jimmy wished me to call. so i emailed jimmy at his listed email address. every day... five times with no call back... no repair... no email response. all this time days later that head is still leaking. so i disputed all but 10$ of the 165 and my bank is handling this matter. jimmy is no expert. his guy is no expert... i went to a sprinkler company close to my home and was told the old head had a check valve in it and the one replaced did not this is why it is leaking so badly. the old one in the 6 years it was in ground never leaked more than the usual few minutes. they also said this replacement does not come with a check valve. so i bought a new one same pattern for 4 dollars. removed old one..put in new one and what do ya know Jimmy. no leak. it stopped immediately. took me literally 2 minutes. so all this ignoring me so YOU could keep 165.. i foolishly agreed to. so thanks for nothing jimmy. you are NO EXPERT. you knew it needed a CHECK VALVE. AT THE TIME it was installed. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. OR ANY OF HIS COMPANY'S. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. check out his reviews on other sites. good luck

They came out the same morning that I called, provided an estimate and did the repair right afterwards ... very efficient.

Wayne arrived on time, assessed our needs, made recommendations, and was able to started work right then. He suggested improvements we had not considered. We found him and the men who assisted him conscientious, informative, and helpful. After the work was completed he walked us through what was needed to program the system and make changes to the program if necessary. Needless to say we are very happy with a job well done.

James was here on time, and showed me what he recommended as a solution for our sprinkler problem. He explained what he could do, plus the price. He did the job the same day. After he finished the job, he showed me how the system worked. I would recommend Sprinkler logic without hesitation!.

They required a maximum price be set for "up to 4 hrs" ($500) and would not allow an hourly rate. The technician fixed in 15 minutes and had to bill the whole charge. The office manager did call back later, and reduced the charge by $100. I wouldn't hire them again.

They were fast, efficient, professional and friendly once the got the material needed for replacing soakers, valves, and timer. BUT I thought the job was quite expensive. We have had to have the timer reset, they came out twice the second time the young man found a wire had slipped out of the valve and fixed it. They seem to want to make the system work properly and that is a good quality in a company. So long as they fix a problem not our fault - I'll be happy with them. They are very nice to work with (which makes it all worthwhile).

On time and fixed an older sprinkler system....set my timer....fast and very efficent
