We bought a refurbished spa from them 2 years ago and needed to get rid of it due to building a pool and spa. I called then and they came and bought it back from us quickly and easily. I would recommend anyone using them either to purchase a spa or to sell one to them.

tech said was not worth to replace, but there was dispute about the cost for the service. rhat was corrected when I visited the store after some debate.

He came out on time, was very professional and helped a lot. He had parts with him and he was ready to do whatever it took.

He had fixed a part this past summer and it sounded as if something had gotten loose inside so we called him, he came out, fixed it and also ordered a new hot tub cover per my husbands request.l Very reasonable and comes promptly

Spa was not running properly on timer. Guy showed up, looked briefly at the spa told me it needed a new clock. It would cost $100. I paid him and he was to order it and return. Never saw them again.

The owner, can't remember his name, came to the house and did a few checks on the spa. After an hour of his checks, he diagnosed that the spa probably had multiple leaks and he provided two options - he could spend hours removing all of the sides and finding all of the leaks, which he would need to charge me for several hours of work. Once all leaks were found, he would then make the repairs. His second option was providing me direction on how to find the leaks, therefore saving me several hours of his time and cost. He would then come back and make the repairs. I chose option 2 and discovered there were too many leaks worth fixing so didn't call him back for the work. However, he could have charged me for several hours of work (finding the leaks) and coming to the same conclusion. He didn't charge me for his time checking the spa. I appreciated his honesty and advise, I would recommend him for any future spa work.

They went above and beyond to help us out without overcharging. He tried to fix a problem that should have cost way over a $1000 but did it for under $65.

Made appointment, tech called on the way. Checked over the spa, top to bottom.

Everything was great. Everything was perfect. They came and did what they said they were going to do and did it for the price they said they would do it for.

Phone response was good, great follow up. Made an appointment and work was done.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY CAME TO FIX THE HEATING ELEMENT IN MY SPA, BUT I STILL HAVE TO HIT THE RESET BUTTON ALL THE TIME. IT WAS LIKE THEY WEREN'T EVEN CONCERNED IF IT WORKED OR NOT.
