Description of Work: After noticing that my A/C was not cooling quite as well as usual last fall, I called RSM and their checkup showed a possible leak in the system. They first had to isolate the area of the leak which takes several trips to seal off the 3 areas of possibility, then rechecks to see which area had the leak. As explained, these are necessary steps. At my request, they did all that in the spring of this year (2014) and when it was isolated, they promptly installed a new coil. Then another two trips to make sure it was all OK. The charges were for the job, not the number of trips. I am more that pleased at their thoroughness and excellent work. The crew and office staff were very forthcoming with explaining it all and friendly during their visits. I definitely give them an A++. | |

+ -1 moreThe owner came out and measured the house. They are very honest about rebate programs and that they are not on the list for that. They didn't want to charge more to their customers just so that people could get the rebates offered. He offered a better system for similar pricing, and it was much less paperwork than trying to get a rebate. The staff looked at my house and fixed a bunch of things and made some better recommendations for better air flow and never charged me for it. You feel like you are working with your brother, they just make you feel very comfortable. He was always calling you to make sure schedules would work between us, and was very accommodating. We had originally decided to put both systems in at the same time in December, but then I suggested doing one in November and one in January and he was very willing to work with me on that; he thought it was a great idea. He was just so nice about everything and you never feel like you are being up-sold on anything. He did a lot of little things like including vents at no charge to me.
Description of Work: I had Roseville Sheet Metal Inc put in a two new heating and air systems because I have two systems in my home.

+ -1 moreCalled and they showed up the next day. After checking the system, in the attic (about 45 minutes) found a loose wire in the thermostat, connected it, no charge. Thank you very much!

+ -1 moreSkip has been coming out at least every 18 to 24 months to maintain my system. I have been very happy with him. He has been the only one that actually takes the hose up on the roof and cleans out the system.

Description of Work: 3 man crew arrived as scheduled at 8 am. Inspected all duct work in attic for seals and cleanliness. Uninstalled furnace located in garage and backyard air conditioner coil. Installed new equipment and tested for flow in house with both heat and air. Had both company and city inspectors test throughput with minor adjustments, then approval. Team then cleaned up what was needed and left. Total install time----7 hours
