The whole process took a couple of days. They worked around my schedule, and were at my house all day to ensure little details were addressed. In the end, I had a great-looking kitchen floor and the bathrooms looked brand-new.

It went perfectly. The professionalism and quality of the installation was flawless -- including some rather intricate carpet-cutting and stretching around a protruding hearth with multiple angles, whose edges they matched perfectly. Their staff went the extra mile -- far above and beyond -- to assign a special installer to cut an inch off the bottom of all our closet doors to fit the thicker carpet.....even though it was a lot of extra trouble for the company. The installation of both the carpet and the vinyl could not possibly have been any more professional than it was. We will definitely hire them for all our future carpeting and flooring needs. We plan to use them to carpet all our bedrooms in the future.

They were efficient and quick. There was some re-work, but they were on the spot about that too. It was no hassle. They did a good job.

The vinyl flooring is incredibly beautiful....imitation rough-sawn barn wood, so realistic you can even feel the saw marks and feel the rough graining. So realistic that even other workmen refused to believe it isn't real, recycled barn wood. The installation work was flawless. To our surprise, the company even went the extra mile for us by locating an installer who would also cut an inch off the bottom of all our interior doors to allow for much thicker, more plush wall-to-wall carpets. Very pleasant people to deal with. This is the third job they have done for us over a ten-year period. We keep coming back to them, because each of the three jobs has been flawless. No problems at all. They always do it precisely the way we ask for. And their estimator is an expert full of helpful suggestions for solutions to any questions we have about unusual installation challenges presented by our house.

This as the first time I have purchased from them. They delivered the hardwood to me and they arrived on time. I chose to purchase the flooring from them because of their price and their location. They did a good job. They were real great to work with.

This was the second time I had hired them for work. Carpet One subcontracted the actual installation to a gentleman named Mike and he was amazing! Garth, the salesman, and the tile guys were great as well! In terms of the quality of workmanship, it was very professional and well done. They cleaned up well after the jobs were complete and they even came back to ensure that everything was done right. They showed up on time just at the times they said they would. I thought that the price was very fair. My experience with the company was great!

I chose Roseville Carpet One Floor & Home because they were able to accommodate my schedule and complete the work quickly. When I first saw the work after the installation, I immediately saw the gap. They said there was nothing they could do because I had chosen a low profile carpet. When I noticed the seam, they said over time, it would wear down but it has not. Immediately, there was a discoloration in the seam. The seam where the carpet meets is noticeable in range. The technicians who came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. I would hire them again in the future. However, I would be more cautious with the product I chose and if there were any issues immediately, I would be more proactive in the initial stages.

I felt that the price she gave us the best price that she could for the work that was done. Everything turned our fairly well except that the carpet ordered ended up being the wrong carpet. We didn’t realize this until the bottom floor of the downstairs was installed. It was not the fault of Carpet One and they dealt with the company who sent the carpet. It took them more than one month to resolve the issue. Because of the trouble, they agreed to do the hardwood flooring in my foyer and upstairs. Other than that, the representative and everyone else I dealt with was fine.

There is a strip connecting to the bedroom to the hallway. The bedroom doors will not shut because 3 days after installing floors the strip broke. Called company and they sent two men back out. They looked at the strip and said they would have to order one to complete it. They have not completed it yet. They said they would not complete it until I pay the 1000 dollars that I owe them.

The entire job went very smoothly. We dealt with Gina Covert, who measured the house, told us the price, and managed the installation. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The installer, George Ronk was hard-working and had a can-do attitude. He did an excellent installation job. We were pleased with everything from start to finish.

There were 3 crews that I worked with all all of them were prompt and professional. Kiersti will excellent to work with she called and kept me informed any time something changed. I first had the laminate floors install and they are beautiful. The installers did a great job and cleanup before they left both nights. The granite install was next and I got to go to the shop and help select where the counters would be cut in the granite, Mike and his crew were very helpful and the countertops look wonderful. The last crew was the tile blacksplash, which also went well and did a great job and helped me with the design. I would recommend Carpet One and I didn't even know they did countertops.

Their quote was more and that’s one of the reasons I went with another company since the other company was more affordable. I didn’t go with Roseville Carpet One Floor & Home mainly because of the price and the company thatI went with had 18 months interest free financing and that was huge for me.

They did an excellent job. Their rate is negotiable.

They were very good. They were really helpful in selecting the carpet that I wanted. They were also really good with the installation. The gal at the store really followed up with her workers and the supply house. She did a good job.

It was fantastic. We were a little unhappy with the first installers because they tried to rush through the job. They made some little mistakes. The second time we had different carpet layers and they did an excellent job.

Over all the job went off very well. I will use them in the future.

My experience with them went well and the quality of their work was pretty good.

It began with Carpet One's insurance coordinator failing to show up for our first appointment; he later called to find out if he should still bother to show up. When we did finally connect, he was very helpful in picking out new flooring. However, he talked non-stop and would later not recall anything he'd said or agreed to during previous sessions. We ordered the flooring weeks in advance (while we were waiting for construction and painting to be completed), yet when we were ready for it, he hadn't ordered enough of the materials, and they'd never bothered to check the order when they received it, causing long additional delays in returning to our home. We heard lots of excuses (some of them as simple as "we forgot"), and our "move-back" date continually rescheduled (also requiring us to reschedule other contractors who were waiting on Carpet One to finish). When the flooring crews came to our house, we did a walk-through, and the crew chief, though referring to paperwork he'd been provided, had no idea what flooring went where (we'd upgraded a couple of rooms). He argued with me about it until I called Carpet One to ask that they make sure we got the right floors in the right rooms. When they did make an error, my wife was told we'd "just have to live with it", until I made a fuss and then it was "no problem at all". When my wife was at the house and saw some issues with the work that had been done (ie, very sloppy caulk work the painter was worried about having to do additional work on), and politely asked them to take care of it, they were rude and dismissive. Carpet One had contracted with the insurance company to do the baseboards, as well as the floors themselves, yet refused to finish the work. We have a bubble in one vinyl room, and another is cut crookedly, so the lines don't follow the wall.

Carpet One estimators were timely in evaluating the required repairs, and their estimates for labor and materials were well within costs of the original flooring. They ordered and received the correct flooring and showed up at the exact time promised to do the work. They finished the work in a highly professional manner. They cleaned up the job site after completing the work and remained cordial and friendly throughout the process. We will use again if needed.
