+ -1 moreHis failure to even call back to say he was not going to perform this service for me delayed my getting another person to fix the sprinkler system. The person who identified the real problem didn't charge a dime for finding and fixing the slipped wire. I am most disappointed that there was no follow up courtesy phone call advising me that he would not return to take the job.
Description of Work: No services performed. I received flier for their business and called for estimate. Person called twice to reschedule estimate. The request was to look at the automatic sprinkler wiring as it was not working and the wires appeared to have been broken. "Dave" finally arrived, gave me an estimate of $120.00 and said he would come back later in the week to fix. Never heard back from Dave again. I had another person come out to look out it and all that was needed was one of the wires to hook back into the ground (it had slipped out). Had this person had any knowledge of sprinkler systems, I would assume he would have also caught this immediately while looking at this and providing me with a $120.00 work estimate.
