As of today it has been 4 weeks since our patio cover was installed and 2 weeks since we last heard from Don.....our experience with River City Patio has NOT been a good one to say the least! For the price of $3,500 you too can have this: -Damage to roof, roof tiles & split trusses -Off center and exposed electrical tubing -Off center patio cover placement -Damage to concrete and gutters -Metal shavings left throughout our yard In addition to the above issues/damage we were not given a Construction Contract, Notice to Owner, Owner's Right to Cancel or pull a permit which we now know are required by the State of California. Please take a look at our pictures and ask yourself if the price is going to be worth the possibility of something like this happening to you?
