I hired R B quality tree care to trim a big oak tree in my backyard. I was told the trim should take care of it for 2-3 years. Ten months later, a big dead branch fell from the tree and penetrated my pergola roof. Several other big branches are still hanging there. I called the company and sent them the pictures of the damages. They said there is no guaranty on the fallen branches after the trimming, They will send people there to check those hanging branches. Their people went to my house again, but never sent any feedback. I called them again, they could not find any records of sending people for inspection. One needs to take some risk and needs some good luck when hiring them for tree trimming.

The tree fell on the roof /solar cells. They damaged the gutter and then tried to tell me it was already like that. I found the experience to be insulting

Abel Mares and his crew not only showed up at the specified time, they were extremely fast and thorough. I had a cedar that was leaning towards my propane tank and he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Also, the follow up by Abel was also very professional ! They will be the ONLY tree service I will deal with in the future.

When the tree stump was removed they left a lot of the wood chips. I called and asked if they would send someone to remove the excess chips. They said they would. After a week no one showed up. Made another call, left a message that no one has come to remove the chips. No one returned my call. Made 1 more call and left another message and did not receive an answer.

You will be happy with their work! Albert was everything you need in a business person for a job bid and point of contact. Polite, worked on price, professional, great communication, and on time for every part of the job. He nailed it. The crew was so so good! If you want to see a tree service that has skilled people working on your trees and property, you go with R&B. Itâ s like watching a master class. It is a high risk job and they work as a very efficient team and cleaned up the site afterward. Fully recommend them!!!

I have to admit that I was as bit concerrned when I hired anyone for this job given the fact I had one tree next to the edge of the root. But they did the job professionally, safely and I caught one guy actually cleaning debris out of the pool which I was very impressed with. Hire them, let them take care of your yard even better than you can. I highly recommend this company.

I had a beautiful, large maple tree in my Roseville back yard whose roots were invading my neighbor's property. After getting three estimates I hired R&B Quality Tree Care to remove the tree and grind the stump. They scheduled the work quickly, showed up on time and removed the tree in just a few hours. They returned the next day to remove the stump. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. The estimator, Albert, was very professional, kept me informed and his crew did a great job, especially grinding the roots which had spread all around. I highly recommend R&B Quality Tree Care.

Very satisfied with the price and quality of the work. Tree trimming was done well as was removal of very large tree and stump. Joan Sicairos the estimator provided a fair price and ensured that the work area was cleaned up after the work had been completed.

Had to come back a second time to fine tune the job, but all in all it was a good experience. Customer service response was excellent.

Update 9/17/23 I'm updating my review because of the wonderful experience I had with Albert and his crew. There were some issues that needed to be addressed after the original job was completed. I spoke to Albert and he came the very next day to assess the situation. Albert accommodated my work schedule and arrived when I had gotten home from work. After looking at the problems I had discussed in our phone call, and even finding one I hadn't noticed before, Albert said that he and his crew would come back the following week to fix the latest issues. We even ended up finding the hose nozzle that I thought had disappeared. I had looked for it numerous times. It ended up being in a spot hidden from view. I was pleasantly surprised when, rather than fitting me in the following week, they were able to return the very next day! They took care of all of the issues we had discussed. I appreciated not only the care and concern for customer satisfaction that Albert and his team showed, but also prioritizing my concerns as soon as they were made aware of the problem. This company has some communication issues that they need to address. They don't contact you as they should. I had to contact them on more than one occasion and each time they acted like they didn't know who I was. I should have stuck with my original assessment but wanted to give them a chance. Albert, the one who came to assess the job and give an estimate, was wonderful. They scheduled the job for 8 a.m. but then no one arrived. I was trying to contact the office at 8:15 because I taught maybe I had gotten the date wrong. If your company doesn't open until 8 a.m. and you have to drive a way's to the client's home, why schedule the appointment at that time? When the crew arrived, they asked what trees were supposed to be removed. Shouldn't they have this information in advance? They did a good job cleaning up but there were a few issues. I had told Albert during the estimate as well as the crew when they arrived, that I would need to take an elderly family member to the Dr. They had made a lot of progress but I did notice some things before I left and when I returned. I paid extra for the stumps to be ground down. I noticed that they used an ax for the stump in the front lawn and added ground up chips from the trees in the back. I also let them in to the backyard by using the gate latch to open the gate but when I retuned home to take a look at the job, the latch was gone. I looked on the ground and even in the trash can. There was an indentation on the post that looks like something was pulled off. They also moved my flower pots from the side of the house close to the sliding glass door. I wasn't upset as I thought they would put them back when they were done. They placed them right in front of the sliding glass door entryway. I have a permanent injury so this was problematic for me. I had also attached my hose nozzle to the hose to water my plants that evening but it had disappeared. The trees were removed but the other issues negatively impacted

They came on time and the work was done in an hour! They removed all the wood and leaves and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Called around for estimates and they came in the lowest. Called on a Thursday and they were out the next Thursday to remove a 50â  tree and roots exposed on top of lawn. Researched the comments before hiring them. I give them a 10 out of 10. I will use them again.

From first contact to job completion, Kevin and his crew were professional, easy to work with, hardworking, and very efficient with their time. This crew took great care working on our property, I was very impressed with their work. They were very organized, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and even went the extra mile - especially on cleanup. I highly recommend this crew and would definitely call them again.
