Description of Work: The person who answered the phone was friendly and appeared to be customer service oriented. They scheduled an appointment but failed to show up and did not call to cancel. When I tried to call them to see what happened, I was not able to get through to them.

Description of Work: after pool was plastered, he did the start-up chemicals and advised on the pool surface (it is diamond-brite tahoe blue). very knowledgeable. he is our go-to guy on pool advise.
