Duane is great! He is always flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling routine work and impromptu/as needed work. He knows his stuff when I ask about their products and safety for my toddlers so that helps me feel more confident. He is always on time and considerate when going through the home. Pro Active Pest Control is amazing! They must be doing something right because we have zero complaints about bugs/spiders, etc... if something does come up my extremely affordable plan allows for them to come out whenever I need to outside of my routine maintenance work. Highly recommend these guys/gals and we have had them since we moved into our new home over 1 year ago. Much to my surprise even new homes need services to keep the bugs out!

Dru is wonderful! After his first visit, our infestation was nearly eliminated. Without us asking, he came back in a week to check. I’m very happy with the work he has done, but I’m super impressed that he is professional and keeps tabs on how we are doing!

Pro Active Pest Control’s Andy Stout comes out to our property every other month. He is prompt, friendly and does a great job. Andy attacks the pests as if it was his own home. Affordable and local. I like the text message notification that my service is coming up.

Proactive Pest Control was referred to us by a family friend who has been using their service for a number of years. The office was very pleasant when scheduling my appointment. The gentleman by the name of Dru came out the very next day to address the noises in my attic. Dru arrived on time and eager to tackle whatever beasts we had that were keeping us up at night. He was very kind, knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing. I can just tell he loves his job and taking care of his customers. After his inspection he explained that we needed an exclusion of the rodents and seal up the entry points where they're entering my home. He quoted me a very reasonable price that was more than manageable. Since the work has been done we have heard no more noises in our attic. We have signed up for bi-monthly service just stay proactive. Our experience with proactive Pest Control was a very pleasurable experience. Our family recommends Pro Active Pest Control for all of your pesky pest needs. I cannot speak higher of the very professional and knowledgeable Field Supervisor Dru. Thank you Sir.

Andy, of ProActive Pest Control, came to assess the situation, and spray for the pests. I agreed to a contract for regular maintenance every other month and have been very happy with the results. I've had no pest problems for six or eight months now. They provide a good service at reasonable rates. Andy is always punctual and the office is agreeable when I need to change an appointment time. I'd recommend this service to anyone in the Sacramento area.

I really cannot imagine anyone not being happy with Pro Active, Cody, or Kyle the owner. They do such a great job and if there is a problem, Kyle makes it right, ASAP.

Had Pro Active Pest Control out to my home yesterday just to take a look at my pest situation in the home I am living in and what an experience! I have never been a real believer in the past when it comes to pest control; I've always thought that whatever needed to be done when it came to pest problems could be taken care of yourself, but after Kyle from Pro Active came out and was able to educate me on the process and the importance of professional pest control service I can say that my outlook has drastically changed. I just want to note on the professionalism that was demonstrated by this company at my home yesterday. Very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and fair service. When it comes to pricing Pro Active is also quite competitive, but I would even be willing to pay more for the above-and-beyond kind of service you receive. Kyle was able to explain to me about the environment-friendly chemicals (I hate to even use the word chemicals since they are so safe) that he uses which was a major plus. I also appreciated the family style of attitude that his company presents by making the customer really feel like they matter. Not to mention, Kyle was able to find a couple of black widows and black widow prone areas of the house that he was able to treat to make sure they don't come back (which is super important to me when I have a 1 year old running around the back yard!). I can just attest to the thorough nature of Pro Active Pest Control and their flexibility in scheduling and the professionalism of the staff and technicians, etc etc etc. I could go on and on, but mainly I just need to recommend that if you are looking for a company that stands out among the others while still offering competitive prices, don't look any further!!! And if you don't think you need pest control, have someone from Pro Active come out and they can be an EXCELLENT source of knowledge about how important it really is for every home.

I can't say enough about this company and Kyle the owner. I was with another company (North American Home Serves) for 3 years and they never could get rid of my Earwig problem. they had me convinced that if I did not have them out once a moth my Earwigs would be worse and I would be killing more then the 8 to 10 a night in my home I was killing myself even with their "Treatments". I finally told them to take a hike and found Pro Active Pest Control on the internet. I was very skeptical and thought I would get the same run around and yet still have Earwigs. Kylie promised they would taken care of and that I would not need monthly treatments both in and outside my home as I had been having to do. So I thought I would give him a try, thinking he was full of hot air just like the others. It's been about 8 months now I am very happy to report that after the second treatment (both in first two months at no extra charge) the Earwigs are GONE! No more finding them all over my home on a nightly basis. I kept waiting for the Earwigs to come back but NO! The only thing that makes me mad is how much money I wasted on the other company that ripped me off on a monthly basis. You won't go wrong using Pro Active, Kyle is very professional, shows up on time, calls the day before to remind me he will be out like I asked him to and is the only one to get the job done in the right way.

Kyle my technician treated for my ant problem and was able to get rid of them. I am now on a regular service with them for prevention of bugs getting in my house. They spray the around our home, yard and get rid of the spider webs.
