Joe was very professional and knowledgeable and respected our time by calling ahead and letting me know when he would arrive for the estimate and when he would return to complete the promised work. Joseph was great and very helpful. He gave me a courtesy call before he arrived and explained everything he was doing, what his recommendations were and helped me with the pool filter I was not able to open. I appreciated his advice to preserve the life of my pool liner and was very happy I found him. I had no such luck with any other pool cleaner for my above ground pool. He is a keeper! Receive a weekly report with pictures of the pool.. We love this since we are living for the most part out of town. One week of the month we know we can come back and enjoy our pool and that it will be very clean. We have had several pool companies before and it has always been a hassle getting them to keep our pool clean knowing we live out of town. Every time I have come back our pool has been a mess and has cost us a lot of money in repair bills because of their not maintaining it. I can now swim in my pool and have not been able to for the past 5 plus years. This company is the best
