Great experience. Shawn called before coming to see if he could direct me over the phone for possible fixes. This would have saved me time and money if I could fix any problems myself. Ultimately, my garage door opener was needing to be replaced. He came out the same day and replaced everything in a clean and timely manner. He even corrected me when I was about to write the check for more than the specified amount. Professional, timely and honest.

Called office on a Monday 8:30am. Mike called back and was at our house @11:00am Very pleasant, informative, knows his business and gave us a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use his service again or refer him - people, you will not be sorry!

On Christmas Eve, we were preparing to host a party when our garage door was thrown off its tracks. Something obstructed the door on its way down and the door ended up at 30and deg; angle with several rollers entirely off the tracks. In a panic, we called Perfect Solutions and left a description of the situation. Shawn called back within 10 min. or so and was out to our house within the hour. Guests were already arriving, but Shawn quickly surveyed the situation and got to work. He was expert and workmanlike in everything he did. Although he worked alone, he got everything better than new within 90 min., including a re-greasing of parts, re-tensioning the spring and some good advice on maintenance. Very businesslike, yet personable, would confidently recommend him to any friends/family who have a need. It wasn't cheap, but they gave us an estimate before coming out and stayed within that range. This could have been a disaster, but they enabled us to attend to our guests and took care of things better than we could have hoped. THANKS!

I was impressed by Sean's professionalism, knowledge and personable quality. During the entire process, he went out of his way to help me solve several additional problems on his own time and without adding charges. He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to speed up the delivery of the new garage doors. As soon as the new garage doors arrived, he arranged the installations right away upon my wish, which happened to be on a Sunday. A month later, responding my urgent request, Sean came out to inspect the garage door to make sure it was not damaged by my carelessness. I was assured that no structural damage was done and he went ahead to fixed a minor issue which was in cosmetic nature. In conclusion, Sean was genuinely helpful, trustworthy and personable, and I especially appreciated the way he always communicated with me without delay. He repeatedly made sure that I would feel free to contact him for any related problems in the future. So far I have recommended Perfect Solutions Garage Door Inc. to several of my friends in our retirement community.

I called Mike around 10AM and left a message with his service. Within minutes he had returned my call and was able to set an appointment to see my problem within a few hours. Mike needed parts to effect my repair and the only source for them was at least 60-90 minutes round trip. I fully expected to have him come back another day, but he recognized that I had a lot of expensive equipment in my garage and he knew it was not a great idea to leave it unlocked with a damaged opener. He didn't hesitate and told me if it was OK with me he would get the part and be back late afternoon/early evening to fix the door. Sure enough, he was back when he said, repaired the door and secured my garage all this AND at a very reasonable price. I will call Mike for any future work needed and gladly recommend his work to anyone!

Mike was a tad late to the appointment but he was also quick to come out, so I still give him good marks for punctuality. The entire installation took only about an hour and he was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition to changing the opener, he greased the track and also lubricated the door hinges. Mike mentioned some potential fixes that may be coming (springs, rollers, etc.) but he did not try to hard sell these items. Just a friendly heads up for a homeowner, which I think is the best way to approach things. That way I can do my own research and decide if these items are needed, and when to replace them. All told it was a good experience and I would recommend Mike to friends, family and Angie's list members.

Mike was outstanding. He took the extra time to explain to me what kind of setup I had, and preventative maintenance advice. He's very knowledgeable about his field of work, and very easy to talk to. Really comes across as a hard working individual try to do everything he can to ensure he does quality work for his customers. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing garage door services.

Perfect solution, came and fixed the chain and fixed something in the motor.

Spoke with Mike early Saturday evening and made an appointment for him to come out the next morning. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He first observed the type of garage door I had and recommended spring replacement a little too eagerly, without having looked at the broken garage door opener. Had I not read other reviews about members also being recommended spring replacement, I would have just thought that he was trying to sell me something extra. Apparently many homeowners never give a second thought about the age of the springs on our garage doors and the consequences of breakage while a vehicle in parked inside the garage! I took all of what Mike informed me about spring replacement as "food for thought." Mike then took a look at my broken chain driven garage door opener. He observed a bent part and said that he suspected it as the cause of my opener's failure. He pointed out that there may be other parts unseen that may have played a part in the failure and made it clear that there could be additional parts needed after the bent part had been replaced should the opener still not operate properly after replacing the part. Although one might feel that this was merely a sell tactic, I took that into consideration. As I secretly wanted a new garage door opener, we then discussed the benefits and cost of a screw driven garage door opener. I told Mike that I wanted to take the replacement route. Unfortunately, Mike was unable to do the work that day because he did not have a screw drive garage door opener on his truck. Being the weekend, he would not be able to get one until Monday. As I was only available to have work done on the weekend, Mike scheduled me for the following weekend. Again, Mike arrived promptly the following weekend. Removal of the broken opener and installation of the new opener went quickly because in Mike's opinion, not all of the hardware normally installed during a new installation needed to reinstalled, e.g., bracket already attached to the garage door and reverse sensors, to name a few, as the exisitng ones worked satisfactorily and looked ok in its present condition. Mike left the parts that he did not install with me and even gave me instructions on how to replace the sensors myself should the existing ones fail in the future. The old wall switch was removed and replaced with a new one, a wireless keypad was installed on the outside of the garage and Mike even provided a universal remote control that would control both the new opener and an old opener in another garage (in addition to the one that came with the new opener). Mike invited me to call at any time should I have any difficulty with the new opener. Of course, I have not had to call him because things are working perfectly after the installation of the new garage door opener. DId I mention added benefits? The garage door opens and closes faster than before and quieter! I am quite satisfied with my experience with Perfect Solutions Garage Door.

I was about to leave for work when I heard a huge noise. I checked the house everything looked good so I decided to go to work. I was trying to open the garage door and realized that I have a problem with the door, I got Perfect solutions number from a friend and talked with a technician. I described everything to him and he said not to touch the door and that it could be very dangerous if I'll try to open it again. I explained to him that I have to go to work and he said that he will be at the house in 30 minutes (he arrive in only 20). He checked the door and said that it will be better for the type of door that we have to install a 2 springs system and that it will last a lot longer then just 1 spring. Even before we agreed on the price he managed to open the door and got my car out. We agreed on the price and he got straight to work. He finished the work in an hour and did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure to see the way he worked and respected our home. I would recommend him and the company to my friends and family. With that kind of professionalism and customer service you can not go wrong! Thank you for a job well done!
