Would gladly hire New Flow in the future. Live human texted me shortly after I requested a quote via Angi, after hours. Scheduled for the next morning. Arman was professional and super courteous the whole way through. I appreciate that he listened to what I had tried to clear a deep drain clog with a 50’ snake myself. He showed me how to verify which relevant pipes and fixtures were working properly. He explained clearly to me what to rule out, and what to look for. He confirmed no additional work needed at this time. Zero sales pressure & no up charge tactics. No pushy or slick marketing. Just high quality problem solving while providing helpful homeowner education. If home maintenance was health care, I’d say I had a great “doctor” (plumber) experience — excellent respectful bedside manner; listens very well; comes across as smart, efficient, experienced, skilled, and patient; plus, smooth, simple, modern, and fast customer service experience!

Jeff was at our house within an hour. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Was able to fix our sink and get things back to working again. Will use Jeff at New Flow in the future!

He replaced the old pipe with a very thick and heavy pipe that will never have to be touched again! He replaced the landscape to the original look and u would never know what took place under the ground the day before! Vito was very patient with us in explaining what they had done. We contacted Angi’s on a Saturday morning for help with a failed water heater, and Nuflow Plumping responded within 5 minutes of placing the request. They told us about their US-made water heaters, promised to arrive as soon as possible, and kept us informed at every step in the process. They rushed to the warehouse to procure the water heater before it closed so they could complete our job that morning. Services included: * turn off the power to water heater * disconnect old unit * haul away * install a disconnect Box for power * installed the wiring properly (it was done wrong) * set up the safety straps * installed two new supply connectors hot and cold * turned on the unit to ensure proper functioning * one year labor warranty and six years manufacturer warranty from Bradford white directly Both Art and his brother Arman (who set up the service) were personable, courteous, and intelligent, and a joy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again! Excellent, prompt service!

They responded to my request in 10 minutes, and arrived right on time as scheduled. Vito, the plumber, inspected the work to be done and gave me a reasonable estimate. When I agreed to it, he got right to work and was done in 30 minutes. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and got right to it. Very happy with the work he did.

They were timely, explained the quote, thorough and I had my faucets replaced in no time at all. I would definitely use there service again and have already recommended them to others.

Contacted Arman via email and his responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. Scheduled an appointment and the technician, Greg, showed up on time openly listening to my requests. Once the work was detailed and costs were discussed, work began immediately. Price was more than fair and Greg's experience and personality made for a confident and successful experience. My only regret is that I had not used them sooner. I have found my plumber(s) in the greater Sacramento area.

Very well. We have a blockage in one of the yard drains. They checked it and ran a camera inside to see what it is. They think it is a tree root. We will have them fix it in the fall.

This is a family business. Very responsive and on time. Armens brother inspected sewer line with a camera to assess damage and block. Significant tree roots were surgically removed. After repairs, the lawn looked just as it appeared before excavation. Attention to detail and very honest business. Will definitely be using them again for plumbing/sewer line needs. Highly recommended.
