+ -1 moreKevin arrived on time and spent time working to accomplish thorough inspection, cleaning, repairing, replacement of pipe and sealing as described above. He is extremely customer focused and came back out to clear particulate matter clogging a couple of faucets the next day as part of 1 year warranty on work. Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Description of Work: Extensive attention to sealing and repairing areas subject to leakage in flat roof, cleaned rain gutters; replaced a portion of leaking (rusted) hot water pipe on roof, installed pipe wrap, installed edge metal at some corners of roof, tiles on roof, sealed ducts for heating/air conditioner unit on roof.
