Trying a new plumber can be unnerving, not knowing if you will be overcharged, etc. We were very happy with Liberty plumbing and would definitely hire again and recommend. After trying to change out a bathroom faucet ourselves, we discovered the plumbing was not installed correctly when the house was built back in 1983 and had to call Liberty to replumb the whole thing, change out the shutoff valves under the sink, and install the faucet. They were very friendly and cleaned up any mess that was made.

Mike did a fantastic job! My sink faucet just gave out and we were stressed about trying to find a quality plumber to install a new one without paying through the roof. Mike was very responsive and professional. From the moment he returned my call, he was able to give me a rough quote which provided peace of mind and allowed us to make a decision. I've dealt with other companies in the past and it's hard to speak with someone that is knowledgeable and can provide information timely. When you need help you are really looking for someone to respond, care, and get the job done right! Again, I can't speak highly enough of Mike and the job he did. I'm very impressed and will use Liberty Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

We purchased a new toilet and installation from Lowe's. The toilet arrived on Sunday, and Mike called me Sunday night to schedule an appointment for the following afternoon/evening. It was a rainy late afternoon and Mike arrived during the expected "appointment window". Mike was professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and left our house with all the debris. We mentioned we wanted our water heater replaced this year, and he gave us a great suggestion for the type of water heater we should consider. We will definitely call Mike for our next plumbing job!

Mike agreed to come over on a short notice as we were expecting guests in couple of days. He and Zach were at our house on time, did a perfectly clean job in exactly 50 mins, that also included installing a bidet (which was not originally in scope). Would strongly recommend their services, am very happy with the installation & service.

Mike showed up ten minutes early assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done and why. We went to Home Depot together t get the new replacement water heated and then he installed very promptly. He cleaned up the area and left everything in good shape. Within about four hours I had hot water again.
Description of Work: Replaced a water heater that was under warranty from RHEEM. He did extra work that was necessary because Delta Mechanical, Home Depot's contract installer, failed to install the original water heater properly..

Description of Work: Unfortunately the provider did nothing because they failed to show up for the job contracted through Lowes installed services. I arranged for the provider to replace my water heater on next day service. When Johanna called to set up the appointment she sounded irritated that I wanted next day service and was very short with me in regards to their availability. As in a take it or leave it attitude. The arrival window came and went so I called the provider and left a message. Johanna called back saying that Lowes cancelled my install with a too bad for you tone of voice. I called Lowes and they couldnt find any contact with the provider in regards to cancelling so basically Johanna lied. Lowe's processed a refund of my order immediately. Horrible service and attitude from this provider. Additionally, when I did schedule with them Johanna said that I would probably need to pay more money to bring stuff up to code once they were there. The whole feeling from her was shady but I figured Lowe's has vetted these people. I guess not.

We actually found these guys by accident. We were going to use them to install a water purchased from a major retailer. The Water Heater Guys were going to install it but the order was not correct and they caught the error. He helped us understand the problem. As it turned out "the guys" actually carried the tankless systems that we really wanted. He gave me a price. I compared to other quotes for the same system on the Internet, the guys were less expensive. The water heater was actually only $2500 (installed) and difference was new gas line. They charged less per foot for the new gas line than other quotes. They went out of their way to accommodate our urgency, were polite hard workers and installed our water heater the same day! We highly recommend them to our friends looking for tankless systems.
Description of Work: The Water Heater Guys (WHG) provided and installed a Rinnai Tankless water heater and more than 40 feet of new flexible gas line. They removed and disposed of the old water heater, its stand and vents.

Great service! Great guys. It had to be 100 degrees in our garage and they just went about their jobs without complaining and moved at a fast pace. Their price was $400 below the other two places I called.
Description of Work: Came to the house, inspected our old water heater, gave us an cost to purchase and install the new one. One of the guys then went out and bought the new water heater while the other one took apart the old one. New water heater arrived and both men installed it, cleaned up and hauled away the old heater. All in two hours.
