+ -1 morePersonally came out, texted an estimate and sent photos. Tenant left an old refrigerator in the bushes, lots of junk, all unrecyclable, garbage cans over filled and in wrong containers, broken lattice work, damaged dresser, mattress including pulling up and hauling off old carpet and padding, plus more. Price was right. Promptly arrived the next day. My place is clean, swept and tidy. I would use Junk Responders again. I felt I got my monies worth.
