This work was part of preparing a house for sale as part of settling an estate, a house that hadn't much of anything done to it in 40 years. I was taken aback by the estimate--which turned out to be well within bounds and more reasonable than most. The result was worth every penny. The tile counters were dazzling--made the kitchen look like new. [Since then, I've been paying attention to tile counters in the pictures in the online real estate ads. They provide further evidence that paying ICS was a very wise decision.]

From the title of the company, I wasn't sure if they would do a small caulking job. I called a week ahead and Mike came on the morning I suggested at a convenient time for me, 10 a.m. A few minutes before 10 he called to say he'd be 20-30 minutes late. I thought, oh no, don't tell me this is one of those late arrivals. But in 20 minutes he arrived. He surveyed the area and told me what had to be done. Then he got right to work. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He cleaned up everything. He was very polite and friendly. He said he had cleaned and sealed grout in kitchens in similar floor plans in Sun City Roseville, where I live. I asked how much, as my tiles needed that service too. Mike said 350, which seemed reasonable to me. I said I would contact him this summer. His office is only a few miles from my house.

I apologize for being 4 months late in submitting my report. Mike had worked for us before. He did a perfect, outstanding job on our kitchen and dining room floor so we felt very confident he was the right man for the job of a much, much more difficult job of the tile project we had in mind for our bathroom. We knew even one small mistake in the bathroom tile work would be a obvious disappointment. Mike was a perfect professional, he gave a true estimate and showed up for work as scheduled. There are zero mistakes. I have spent many hours in my tub looking at every nook and cranny from floor to ceiling at the amazing, accurate tile layout he did. I am 100% satisfied. Mike knows how to design and layout tile. He is a master tile layer and installer. He believes in customer satisfaction and he definitely goes the extra mile to have pride in his work for a perfect outcome. He does not take short cuts.

From the initial phone contact, Mike gave me a feeling of his confidence and competence and personal interest in meeting my needs. Mike was at my house for the estimate within 48 hours of my call and he arrived 10 minutes early and he waited outside. From that moment I found out that when Mike said "ICS would be there" they were there. Throughout the project, I received daily updates on the progress and the scheduling of the work going forward. What impressed me most was Mike and ICS overall - personal interest in seeing the job meet or exceed the picture I had in mind for restoring my 1939 house. We just love that we found a professional contractor that exceed our expectations- and transformed our home - the net result was priceless - unconditional satisfaction.

I called ICS on Friday morning. Mike came in the afternoon and gave us a quote and we set up an appointment for, Monday morning. Mike's son Kevin, arrived on time. He was courteous and competent. Although it was a small job, he gave it his all and did a superior job. It was obvious, that he took pride in doing quality work. We will not hesitate to recommend ICS to our friends and use them again.

They did a very professional and outstanding job. They were prompt and they put things back together the way they were.

The owner and his son arrived within the scheduled time frame given to me the day before. They were exceedingly polite and cordial. After inspecting the area together, they discussed the procedure and type of repair to be done. I signed a work estimate/order. Kevin, the son, spent three hours scraping, cleaning, and repairing the damaged grout. The area was spotless when he left, and he only left after he provided specific and very detailed instructions regarding the immediate and long term care of the grout and tile. He provided me with a specialized cleaner and instructed me to call at any time if there was any question regarding the integrity of the grout repair. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair and their work ethic.
