Description of Work: I messaged IC Appliance Repair to see if he can fix our dryer. After a couple of days with no response, I went to their webpage and emailed him. It is the 4th day since I tried to contact him and no response. I don't know if he out of business or what but I am going to go with someone else.

Very efficient in performing the repairs. Suggested additional fixes without pushing. Provided tips and advice for free. This is the first time I've used IC Appliance Repair and would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Repaired refrigerator water dispenser, replaced under-microwave halogen bulb, cleared jam in garbage disposer.

+ -1 moreBen was excellent. He made the time of the call work for me, and was quick to diagnose. The charge of $69.00 was waived since I had him complete the repairs. Ben replaced the blown thermal fuse, vacuumed the inner dryer, and cleaned the external dryer vent to the hood/roof. He was professional, and I had an excellent experience. He had a diagnosis in no time, and was even patient when I called my husband to discuss whether we should have the repairs done that day. Awesome job, Ben! I feel like I have a new dryer :). Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Description of Work: We had a leak in our Maytag washing machine. I called Ben, owner, on a Thursday, he returned my call the next day and set up a repair date the following Monday. He said he would be here between 1:00-3:00pm; he called approx 12:30pm and said he was 15 min away. When he arrived, he checked the problem where I told him it was leaking, very carefully open the front of the washer and within 30 mins repaired the washer. He was informative explaining what he would be doing. He also replaced new hoses I had purchased at n/c. He took care to clean up and asked if he could do anything else since it was within his minimum charge. I would definitely use IC Appliance in the future.

+ -1 moreWe had a real simple repair that we didn't have the right tools for, attaching inlet hoses to our washer. I was more than willing to pay the minimum to get the job done. Ben came out and fixed it quickly, then went beyond and did a complete check up and quick clean up of our washer. He took the extra time too to check the washer completely and was working properly so we got value for the cost. I really appreciate the extra effort. He was professional, honest, and friendly. He is now our 'go to' man for our appliance repairs. I would definitively recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

+ -1 moreBenjamin Young called to confirm my appointment and told me he would be at my home between 3:30 and 4:30, and he was!! He explained to my husband and I what was needed for the repair and he took care of it 100%. I highly recommend him for appliance repairs. He was extremely helpful, as well as being a nice guy! He didn't blow my kids off when they were peering over his shoulder and told us about his own beautiful children. I will call him first everytime and tell all of my friends about him as well!
