I have worked with Bill for over 7 years for my home and business. He does not disappoint. Highly recommend! Bill can do anything, he is very skilled!

Bill showed on time and was very professional according to my husband. He asked that we text a list of the work we needed done to his wife. Response was never received. A follow up message was sent a couple days later and no reply. Her voicemail also states she prefers texts.

I was very impressed with Bill's experience and expertise. He worked efficiently and did a fabulous job! I would definitely hire him again (and probably will as I go through my house looking for things that need to be done). Overall, I rate Hubby Works with an A for service and reliability. He did an excellent job, he did it correctly and within the time frame and he did it perfectly.

No response after leaving 2 messages on their voicemail. The outgoing message said they were Hubby Works and his wife Trish was on the outgoing message. I left a message in May on a Wed. and then 8 days later on a Thursday. I get it if installing a ceiling fan is not something they do, or maybe they don't have time, but any decent, professional business will at least call back. So unprofessional.

Bill is fast, precise and very ingenious, comes up with solutions where there are questions. There were several "scratch your head" situations and he very quickly had a resolution. Am certain would not have had that with installation from the merchant. Could not be more pleased. Always on time, always cleans up ay debris, etc. In the past he has installed ceiling fans, flush ceiling lights, attic antenna, plumbing work etc. Already am working on next "list".

Bill was extremely professional and easy to work with. He arrived on time and got started installing my appliances right away. He was careful to protect my flooring while moving the appliances, which I really appreciated. More importantly he simply didn't install the appliances, he offered suggestions and advice, replaced a drain hose to improve the function and provided some parts that I didn't have on hand. His great service didn't stop there. After he completed the job and left to go to another customer, I used the microwave oven and it made some odd noises that concerned me. I called his office and left a message asking him to call me. Within a half an hour he returned my call and offered to come back and look at the install. The problem with the microwave had nothing to do with his quality workmanship but nevertheless he took the time to call the customer service help line with me to make sure they understood the problem. I really appreciated his assistance in getting the problem addressed properly with the manufacturer. I will absolutely be calling Hubby Works for more projects in the future.

When I sent in a email inquiring for services Bill emailed with in hours of me sending my message. He had me call his wife to schedule the work I needed done and when I called she answered right away and she had no problem scheduling me in a timely manner. They were booked out a few weeks but very reasonable for a small job. She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The day of service Bill arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, quick, clean worker and the work was creative and it met my expectation and more. I had a couple of small jobs one was hanging a decorative light, fixing a granite piece on my kitchen counter, hanging a broom holder, making a store run and putting an extra shelf and supports in my pantry. Putting the shelf in the pantry turned out to be a little more than I expected but that is because I did not take into consideration some elements. Bill explained the reality of how to get what I wanted done and he quickly created a great solution. Bill had to go to the store since I had not purchased what he needed and he did so quickly and did not charge me more than what the parts cost. Overall a nice job that was reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again.

He came in and fixed the problem. He did a fantastic job. He also recommend someone to help with my ceiling. He was on time, neat, precise, and showed me exactly what the problem was. He really knows what he is doing.

It went very well. His work was good and his price much more reasonable than that quoted by 2 "big name" local plumbing outfits (ones you see advertisments for on the TV, etc.)
