I already told most of it above. They took a few extra days than the estimated, but like I said they ran into a few unexpected needed repairs. So it took 2 weeks and a couple of extra days. When he saw he wasn't going to finish on time he even worked on a Saturday.

Shawn's crew from the beginning consultation through everything were incredibly professional and friendly. They allowed me to upgrade a few things from what the offer stated with great assistance and recommendations. I work an odd schedule and they completely worked around it, along with several bumps of my personal life. My new bathroom is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Home Solutions and use them again in the future....hmmm, I'm thinking the other bathroom now needs to be updated!! ; )

Shawn gave us an estimate and we scheduled him to install a ceiling fan in two bedrooms. I was amazed at how he was able to put in the heavier duty bar through the small hole in the ceiling for the existing ceiling light without having to go into the attic. The fans work fine with the remotes and he had to change the code on one of the remotes so it would not control both fans at the same time.

The job took them 4.5 days to complete, which is probably about standard for a job of this size and scope. They always showed up when they were supposed to, and were always pleasant.I am very pleased with the results. Everything is level and plumb and well integrated with neat lines. The job was done as professionally as one could hope for, in my opinion.One minor caveat, though: we told them at the beginning of the job specifically what sink and shower fixtures we wanted. We ended up with different sink fixtures and a different shower head. I probably need to accept some of the blame for this because I wasn't double checking. I would guess that minor miscues like this are probably pretty common. This is not a big deal to me, but if it is to you, make sure you completely communicate your wants and verify.All in all though, I am very pleased with their work. I would definitely hire them again!

There were very nice. I enjoyed working with them. They gave us a good estimate. They were very pleasant and professional to work with. We're just not ready to pursue the work yet. When we are ready, we'll likely go with them.

I decided not to use them. The price was pretty good. They came out and were going to get back with me. I had to call them because it took awhile to get back to me. I don't think I would call them because I would go with someone else that I had talked to.

I really dreaded the tile removal as I knew it would be a disaster zone with lots of dust and tile pieces everywhere! Shawn is a very professional contractor; he responded to my job request almost immediately and when he came into my home to look at the job, handed me a copy of his insurance, as well as take his shoes off! So yes, the tile removal was a complete mess, but Shawn walled off the ktichen well and placed boards on my tile floors to avoid damage. Shawn and his assistant did a great job with the demo as well as the clean up, and left everything nice and neat behind. He also did a nice job on the new closet with that demo and the installation of the tracking system and doors, along with the framing. He also hauled away everything that was removed. I would use this contractor again.

All was completed very professionally and promptly. We had a little snag on the tiles, but everything was completed same day and it looks great!

One Saturday morning, my husband started to excavate at least six inches deep of dirt in a large area of our backyard where he wanted to place pavers. Once my husband started digging, he realized it was a monstrous job and would take "forever" to complete the digging. I turned to Angie's List and called quite a few excavation firms, but it seems no one answers their phone or works on Saturdays anymore. Somehow I stumbled upon Home Solutions and decided to place a call even though this firm didn't seem like it would perform landscaping type services. I called and spoke with Shawn and explained our situation. After reviewing our project specifications, Shawn gave us a quote over the phone and said he could be there within the hour. I was flabbergasted and couldn't believe our luck!! I honestly figured we'd have to set a later date and would have to postpone the project. Shawn showed up within the hour as promised and went promptly to work. Five hours later the area to be excavated was completed. Then Shawn spent another hour laying the edging. We were very happy with Shawn's willingness to go over and beyond the scope of our project. This meant all that was left was to lay the pavers, which we would be able to do on our own. We were very impressed with Shawn's willingness to work on such last minute notice. He was very professional and although this is not the type of work he does as a business, he understood exactly what we needed to have done and was very instrumental in helping us to expedite the project. His assistance was greatly appreciated!!

We love these guys. They were punctual or will keep us up to date if time is a problem. They had to come on a relatively dry day and kept us up to date as the weather changed. We requested an estimate on them replacing our kitchen counters. He actually educated us on possibly overlaying countertop on what we have through someone else. They do not do that. I was highly impressed that they gave us that info. I will always call these guys first!

Excellent!!! After having talked with several people on the phone and one guy who came out and told me to "stand on the roof with a water hose and when you find the where the leak is, call me." I was getting pretty frustrated. We had had a leaky roof in our bonus room the last big rain we had in the spring. Shawn and Toua came out the day after we contacted them, diagnosed the problem (they got on the rrof with the hose!) found the leak, patched it and tested it and we are all fixed! They did so well that I had them come back the next week to install a motion detector light in our car port and to build and replace the hatch cover for the underneath access. They arrive early, are well prepared, have great suggestions, clean up and are very reasonable. I will be calling them for some other jobs soon. I would HIGHLY reccommend them!!
